For all you goofs dissing understand something I’ll use an example 84 grams of 18carat gold each gram of which cost $41.46 right now.. at any pawn shop A loan against that will get you max 30-60% of actual spot price these guys give closer to 70% so all the fake comments ssssshhhhhhh!

Went in for jewellery repair and battery watch changes, was done while I waited. I was in and out in 20 min! Im going to get my engagement ring done with him now. Great service and quality work done.

My husband purchased a beautiful ring for me last Christmas at this location. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be able to figure out how to size my ring without putting plating on to cover their mistakes. My skin eats the plating off in a matter of days and I have to go send it away again to be "fixed". I sent it in 4 times to be fix (luckily we purchased the warranty on it) and then had to call head office. The new manager at the store replaced my ring and sent it to a completely different vendor to be sized. I have had it back for about a week and now it is obvious that they have screwed this up again! The area where they sized it is yellow and the ring is made of rose gold, so it stands out horribly! I don't know how they intend to "fix" it this time, but I'm throughly unimpressed!

Just got my watch battery replaced. Quick and easy, cheaper than other places. Cute friendly dog and the lady was nice.

Great people working there makes for great service

It was an enjoyful time buying charms in this branch. All the staff are frindly and ready to help. First time, Sally🥇 helped us very much. At our second experience (March 17th) Alena 🌸 was very patient and friendly and helped us with new Queen Bee charms and ring. Alena asked my boy if he wanted any cup-cake that was very nice. The whole store has a very pleasant golden designe, baloons, ribons and ... . I guess there is always a promotion in this Pandora.

On Friday of this month I walked up to the location at Scarborough Town centre to look for a charm bracelet. I saw several overpriced Chinese fake jewelry but I actually found one I liked for 46.00. Less than 3 hours later the magnetic came off, what a fuckin joke. I immediately went back the next day and they wouldn't give me a refund just and absent minded employees saying the have a warranty instead of a refund because they know how crap there product is. Scarborough town centre should be embarrassed to have this business in there mall. Kilo Jewelry is a scam.

NEVER EVER AGAIN Michael Hill! I received bracelet, which I ordered online. It didn’t fit (it was huge for a small hand). I went to this store to return it, but I was accused by sales associate and store manager that I wore it, so they can not accept it. This bracelet is so huge, so it’s literally fells off my hand. How could I possibly wear it? One-star rate is too high for customer service I received. Refund policy says, that if I changed my mind, I can return items in a new condition without any questions. But the thing is they will always say – it’s not new! Very, very dirty game! After that, I read reviews from other customers. Different locations – same story. Looks like this is company policy – lie to customers. Michaels Hill, your stores will be always empty, if you treat your customers like that. Before, I had to return jewelry to other jewellery manufacturers and I never had any problems. So next time I will buy jewelry from other brands, where I will be treated respectfully and professionally.
