Bought a $350 diamond necklace 1 year ago...6 months after I bought it one of the diamond fell off, they charged me $60 and said the diamond wasn't covered under any warranty, now 6 months later the chain where you attach to the loop snapped off, luckily it was at home when it fell off her neck. The fact they don't have any warranty on there product is a joke. I'd expect that from a $99 silver necklace not a white gold diamond necklace....should have went to Peoples or Ben Moss I guess

My Grandma went here, my Aunt goes here, I remember going here when I was little and plan to go here again soon. Some of these reviews are a little out there, you don't stick around as long as this awesome jewelry store has by having crappy workmanship or poor customer service.

The WORST experience ever with a retailer. They falsely advertised the carat size on the original engagement ring my fiance bought me and then denied it. I confronted the owner/manager and he responsed, "If you want me to feel bad for you, I don't." I was appalled and disgusted by his response but since he refused to refund the ring, we made the best of a horrible experience and exchanged it for a bigger carat, close to one I had thought, and charged us for it. Also, an accredited appraiser appraised the ring today and we discovered the ring colour was actually 3 levels lower than what the jeweller advertised/appraised.

I had inherited my grandmother's wedding rings when she passed and needed them worked on and cleaned. I sat for awhile on them not trusting anyone to touch them. I didn't want them sent out of house to be done and was uneasy about letting them out of my possession. Marcus was so wonderful to deal with. He told me the work that needed done, the cost and assured me he would have them back to me the next day by close. He called the very next day in the early afternoon, they were ready. Such a wonderful surprise to have them back that early, gems all replaced, secure, cleaned and polished. Amazing work and very reasonable pricing. And the most important is the peace of mind that they went from my hands to his and back to mine. Highly recommend. And thank you, Marcus!

Scammers, beware do not buy jewelry from Hammond jewelers! Fake reviews on Google. New owners are con artist. If you bring an item in there to get fixed you will not get your original jewelry back, they'll give you something else. Terrible customer service and scam artist.

My fiancee bought my engagement ring here. It is very beautiful and unique and you can tell the quality of the diamond is much better than the ones you would get at a chain Jewelry store, I love it so much!

Have had several things done here, including resizing my engagement ring (more than a couple of times) and putting a loose gemstone on my original engagement band. Their prices are reasonable and staff are very personable. They are welcoming to everyone - all walks of life. There is no one else I trust my jewellery with other than these guys!
