Tried to contact them through their website (has a form instead of a direct email) about their watch repair services but did not get a response. They are located within the Loblaws by the east entrance and unfortunately one of the few places listed in Pickering offering watch repair. I think Hudson's Bay has services still if you need alternatives.

Friendly people who work there, however you always seemed to be pressured into buying a something from the owners. They also have a non refund policy which they do not tell you agead of time. They will point the sign out to you after you buy. Not a great experience and quality is so so.....
