Went to mappins with my fiancé to choose our engagement bands (we aren't overly traditional I know) had a wonderful experience beautiful jewellery and the customer service was fantastic. We went during the 15% off deal that was going on and we even received an extra $30 off our chosen ring for life time protection, some mishap happened and we had to return the ring, the transaction went over smoothly and when we returned for the ring again (ironic I know) they were more than pleased to see us asked how everything went and did the buying transaction all over again. All in all wonderful experience now we are just waiting for the sizing to be finished!

Do not buy ANYTHING from here. They just want to take your money. I tried to return something i bought that same day and they refused to take it back. It was not worn or damaged. Customer service is horrible. Jewelry is poor quality and over priced. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The customer service was initially great to begin with. I did not feel pressured in anyway and didn't feel I was being "judged" on my simple appearance. When my fiancée and I had decided to upgrade my engagement ring to custom make a halo for my centre diamond, I met with the initial sales rep and owner to discuss a design plan. They assured me that they knew what they were doing. However, it took nearly 2 whole months to complete! (9 weeks is the maximum length for any custom-made across the board). The first time they completed it was within 2.5 weeks but they missed out on the details I specifically asked for. So, they had to start again from scratch. It was good that they didn't charge extra. They did well on this promise. The final completion turned out very well as expected but the size was a little big on my finger. They said they measured exactly from my old setting but I also did lose weight. After being advised it is better to have a ring guard than to re-size, I didn't want to make the effort of going back and defending my point of view. They seem to give more advise than really listen to my needs, or else they wouldn't have missed the details I asked for since the beginning. I would give them 3.5/5 stars if they had half ratings as my overall satisfaction but not a 4 because I'm not a fan.

worst experience do not go here. I've bought 2 chains from this store they both have broke within the first week or purchase. The recent chain I bought cost approximately $600.00 and broke within 2 days when I brought it back with the original receipt the manager told me he could give me only $150.00 to put towards another chain STAY AWAY

these people take good care of me everytime.. i am never dissapointed... i once had buyers remorse regarding a watch selection i made, and if it were another store or perhaps another location i would have possibly tried to return it or get credit. however, they are so amazing that i decided to pass it on as a gift... i give them no fuss ever because they make my day brighter everytime... great people.. and paris in general truly strives on their customer service excellence. 5 stars

When I was looking for an engagement ring from a few jewellers, Heaven Jewellers brought me a wide selection of diamonds to choose from. They filled me on what to look for in a diamond and I decided to have them custom make the ring. Beautiful work with great detail. Always my first and only stop when looking for a new piece.

Went into the Swarovski store, the sales person (elegant goldsmith) didn't even bother to get up or acknowledge my presence even after I said "excuse me, i would like to look at this item". Why would #Swarovski want to associate their brand with these people? @swarovski #swarovski

Been dealing with Mike for many years. His latest store at Bramalea Town Centre is very very very nice. The selection and product knowledge is outstanding. If you are looking for quality diamonds and jewelry, go see Mike and his staff. You will definitely get a deal.

Went here to have my engagement ring fixed. The salesman stated that my diamonds were very small and not a very good quality. I just wanted to get a loose diamond tightened . I did not think it was necessary to mock something that is sentimental. Will never recommend or go back to this store. I left in tears.

Wonderful service. So helpful and detail oriented when deciding on how to make my wedding band. My ring was custom designed by my husband so abit harder to find a band that would work. Exclusively Yours did a great job in suggesting something that fit perfectly. Even got women asking where I got it made so they could do the same. Just awesome to work with. Couldn't be more impressive and pleased. Thank you!

They don't communicate with customers when they need to.

I received a beautiful ring last year from Ben Moss and was going in every six months to have the ring cleaned and benefit from their Extended Service Plan warranty, which was paid for in addition to the gifted ring. When I went to the mall in January, Ben Moss had closed down. So, when I found out the brand was purchased by Charm Diamond Centres, I called the front desk and spoke to a manager. I asked her if they would honour the ESP for all Ben Moss customers, free of charge (I have only had the ring for one year, it's brand new). The woman at Charm Diamonds was snappy and condescending, explaining to me that Charm has no obligation to honour any of Ben Moss' warranties to customers and that if I wanted to, I would first of all have to pay $50 for some fee, and then re-buy the ESP from Charm, "with a 25% discount" as if that was something generous. I was shocked by the information and frustrated, and there is no way I am going to repurchase a warranty a second time. Not only was this information very disappointing, I could hear the woman's attitude through the phone. I had a simple question and in return I received attitude and information that will now make me never even consider purchasing anything from this company.

Waiting times are very long even though there are a good amount of people working. There were 4 people at the cashier or the back and it didn't seem like they were doing anything. We waited approximately 30 minutes and it wasn't even Christmas, it was a regular day.
