Luxury jewellery boutique located within/ajacent to Birks. They have a good selection, including some of the watches you might only see in magazines. Prices seem to be fixed as this is a corporate store.

Got my engagement and wedding bands here as well as my hubby’s wedding band. The quality of the products and the selection is quite impressive. I don’t like to have my ring off at all and I feel they understand that feeling and try their best to make sure you get speedy service but still get the best products. My most recent interaction was with Danny(Sp?lol). He was absolutely fabulous I changed something on my ring re-sizing the band(lost weight yay). I expressed that I work nearby and can pick up easily but still don’t like to be away from it for a long time . He accommodated this speedy service request and he stayed a little past closing when I was held up at work( he knew I would be over). This was on Friday night,he did NOT need to be so sweet. He is also very knowledgeable and personable. I am having some upgrades to my bands and will have fun doing that (especially with his help). My last visit made me feel like a valued customer and Danny “wowed”. I had a little misunderstanding that was on my end that had me a bit miffed but that was in my head,lol. Anyways,I will be back. My boyfriend and I went to check out the place as I have been following them on Instagram for a while now. I knew I wanted to get a custom engagement ring so it made sense for us to go to a wholesaler rather than a retail store. I brought in a few pictures of the kind of style/shape I was looking for. The owner was very knowledgeable and talked us through what we can expect in terms of prices with varying styles and diamonds. I learned so much about diamonds in the short visit and now have an exact idea of what I would like my ring to look like. They also have a showcase as well that you can browse through so I tried on some of the rings they had on hand....just for fun! All in all, it was a great experience - The store is beautiful and the service was excellent!

I was helped by a gentleman named Ricki, who works at this location. HE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Usually the service at Tiffany is great, but this particular location has this employee...and it goes downhill from there. He definitely is rude, doesn't want to be there and has a terrible attitude when you ask him even one question. AVOID RICKI!

It was meant to be that we walked past Cassanova's street sign and stoped in for a visit. I was shopping for an engagement ring this December and Patrick, the owner, was extremely thorough, professional and friendly from start to finish. He educated us on our options, was very honest and up-front, and overall a pleasure to work with. I had a tight turnaround time requirement, and he made it work despite being in one of the busiest shopping seasons. We got our rings and couldn't be happier with them - they are even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Thank you Patrick and your team for everything.

Bought a necklace for Valentine’s day. Katrina was amazingly good and patient. I have visited many high end stores but she is one of the best salesperson I have ever met. Other staff were also very polite and friendly.

De Beers Vancouver has got the friendliest staffs. They’re knowledgeable about the gems, I learned a lot about the cuts, setting and style of diamonds. I would recommend them to anyone that’s looking for something special or just something fun. I haven’t had the chance to visit their new watch store but it’s on my list.
