Had my child’s ears pierced here , & even after using their product o clean the piercings after a year they are oozing yellow puss every other day & my child says it hurts her, going to the doctor soon to take a look at it i’ve Tried everything but nothing seems to work to heal the piercing. When we got it done the girl tried & be calm but she seemed a little disorganized with the tools. Her machine got kinda stuck on one of my child’s ear which looked hurtful either she didn’t operate it right or the thing was broke , anyways afterwards the earrings were to tight , after the weeks passed & we tried to take them out we couldn’t take them out without force my child was yelling in pain! Also the policy on their piercings is that you have to buy their cleaning fluid which is of course more pricey , she was trained on Claire’s products & couldn’t really provide any further necessary information about the healing process or what else could help so she gets full healing , also you have to sign a paper in case the ears get infected that they won’t be held accountable, I should’ve run out when that came but my child really wanted those piercings. Please get piercings somewhere where they have medical grade equipment not in shop like this & probably not in this shop. The employees need more & advanced training when it comes to piercings or they shouldn’t provide that service at all !

I had recently sent a watch off for repair and it was unfortunately lost. Fossil was excellent and provided me full value for the watch and some extra money for my troubles. If anyone has attempted to go shopping with two kids, even when both parents are there, you know how hard it can be to keep them entertained. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and immediately one of their staff members, Emily, took it upon herself to engage my kids. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. She not only worked with me but made each of my girls feel special. My wife and I were able to complete our shopping and all because Emily was there to not only guide our purchase but to also make my girls feel like they were apart of the experience. This is not the only time we have had great service. This location consistently has a team who are knowledgeable about the product, ready to answer any questions, and offer up some awesome customer experience. The manager was even willing to exchange a bag my wife purchased after a week due to an issue with it.

Very friendly and helpful service at this store, and I've found a few limited edition items that were sold out online and elsewhere. Good discounts, so it actually is an outlet store, unlike some of the others in the mall that are exactly the same as the stores in any regular mall. But the items don't seem to be rejects--everything I've gotten's been of the same quality you'd find at whatever department store that carries Fossil. In my experience, their products are durable and worth the price. I have a Fossil purse and wallet combo that I bought 5+ years ago and both have held up fine, still perfectly useable. If you're a fan of Fossil products, give the outlet store a try.

This is by far the worst Claire’s you could ever walk into. The customer service here is horrible. You can’t ask about the promotions because it irritates the employees. My daughter was trying to ask questions and they wouldn’t even even bother looking at her. You are a children’s store, if children bother you maybe you shouldn’t be working for a children’s store. Don’t get me started on their store manager, she was there listening the entire time and she was encouraging her employee (Italy) by laughing and insulting my child. Never again.
