You come here and buy jewelry for 12 year old girls and get piercings. I'm sure they're fine for all your tacky jewelry needs. My wife makes me go into one of these establishments every time we walk by one so that she can get more bracelets to add to her collection of 100s. I'd probably be more supportive of coming here if I was handed a glass of scotch upon walking in. But alas, the only thing I walk in with is the expectation of spending $25 on cheap jewelry that I imagine I'll be picking up from the kitchen table and placing back into my wife's closet for the next 10 years.

I am a true Brighton fanatic, and I would reccomend Brighton in SLC to anyone looking to spoil themselves, or someone they love. Every time I walk into Brighton, I am greeted warmly and sincerely with my first name. The darling girls always offer me bottled water and fresh baked cookies. The entire staff is very well trained and knowlegable on the materials and processes used to make each piece. They always take the time to tell me special details about particular items I am attracted to. If ever there is something that I want that is not available in their store, they always quickly locate it and ship it straight to my home! If I ever have a problem with any of my purchases, it is always repaired and taken care of. Whenever I come to Brighton, I feel like a celebrity, and that is why I continue to shop with them...Almost 10 years! Thank you, Brighton Ladies, for providing me with such a superb place to shop. I can't wait until my next visit!!!

We went in with my wife having lost her wedding ring. Roger guided us through a very fun experience of creating a beautiful custom ring. They were honest, pleasant, and we'll priced. We have since referred friends and family that were equally as happy. Only jewler we will ever need!

I purchased an engagement ring from this location, because it fit exactly what my, now, wife and I were looking for. The customer service was good and I felt like I got a good deal on the ring due to sales that were occurring at the time. They even have a 12 month no interest policy which was helpful. I thought everything was great. However, once I logged into what I reluctantly call a website, I realized why everything sounded so good. The entire credit process is a massive scam. I'm a web developer and the website appears to be assembled by two 10 year old kids just learning html. More important than appearance, the operations within the website are either misleading or just don't work. I simply wanted to setup a monthly payment plan that paid it off in the 12 month no interest time-frame. After 3 times trying, each with at least 20 minutes spent trying to figure out the website, I finally realized that you simply can't set up payments for a larger amount than the minimum payment. So if you want to actually utilize the no interest policy you have to make every payment by signing into useless web-thing and wandering around for half an hour until you can figure it out. The entire process is clearly meant to confuse customers and prevent them from correctly making payments. Very shady and in my opinion completely unethical. I will not be returning to this company or recommending it to anyone.

Waited about 50 minutes to have someone help us, the person ended up helping others who got there after us instead. Walked out without being helped. Will not be coming to this Kay's anymore.

Wes is very accommodating, helpful, and nice! My husband and I took our custom design for my ring to his store and he made it exactly how we wanted it. He also got it to us in a timely manner. He was upfront and honest about metal types and quality, even if it wasn't necessarily what we wanted to hear. He's very knowledgeable and gives good, educated recommendations, with lifestyles in mind. When we talked to Jared's about the same design, they quoted us $2,300 more, with lower quality diamonds. Wes knew exactly what sizes we needed for bands and diamonds without even measuring them. He has lots of experience and, everywhere we go, people know and recommend him. My ring is perfect and we're so happy with his work! Thank you, Wes!

Morgan Jewelers in the Newate mall is my favorite location!!! My husband bought my engagement ring from here years ago and made such a great connection with Zach, a salesman. They have always been so great to us with repairs, cleanings, and inspections. I highly recommend this location. Great people to work with and a beautiful selection of jewelry.
