Very unsatisfied with the staff at this Fred Meyer jewelers. I took my 15 year old in for an inexpensive necklace for his girlfriend and the sales guy that helped us talked him into $175 necklace. That in my opinion is not very helpful he should have steered him to the less expensive selection. I guess he just wanted to make a bigger sale. Very dissatisfied!

I gotta be real, we bought my fiancés engagement ring and wedding band here, and both of those times were pretty good experiences. When we went back to buy my ring, however, the employees were rude and dishonest. We had been in before multiple times to look for my wedding band, and when we found the one we wanted we were quoted with a decent price that seemed reasonable. My fiancé and I were both told this price, then I went back later with my mother who was told the same price, and we saw the woman writing it down in the book. Their system was down so we didn't purchase that day, but when we came back they gave us a different price that was $400 more for the same ring. When we addressed the fact that we had all been told a different price, the staff got rude with us and the employee who originally priced it said she had no recollection of ever saying something like that. We told her how we all heard and saw her quote us at a different price and even pulled up the online price to prove we weren't lying, but they acted oblivious. Completely ruined the company for me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere honest.

Terrible customer service! Had to get a new pin for my watch and since it was Casio They had to order it online. Waited and waited and 6+ months still nothing!! Went to the one on redwood they had it within 2 day!! Never going to this location again!

James is amazing, I smashed my finger and had to get a Titanium ring cut off (not the softest metal to cut!!!) and he had the tools and expertise to make it happen! He then was a huge resource in getting a new ring (awesome selection) that looked better than my old one and the material it was made out of would simply crack or is way easier to remove if my finger ever was in the situation again, very knowledgeable and great to work with!

Told that piercing are free with a purchase of a start pack that cost $18.99. Them I'm told that I have to pay for the earring plus the story pack which varies from $30-$70 plus the starter pack price. Then asked for ID and told I can't them pierced unless I have it with me. Must be 18 or have a parent with me. I am 19 and married, my wedding ring proves that. The girl was rude and not helpful at all. Won't be going to that Claire's any time soon.

Thought I knew what I was looking for, but through questions and listening to my life style and what I wanted. They helped me and my husband find an Engagement ring that was better than I could have thought. Love this place. Will go again for anything we need.

Never, ever, EVER go somewhere that uses piercing guns. They cause a lot of tissue damage, on top of the fact they cannot be fully sanitized after each use.

Great place to shop for engagement rings. Mick, the store manager, is so professional and patient. He took me through the entire collection they had and made sure I got something right within my budget. This is a very good place to check out if you need a great value for your money.
