Very small store, well organized and displayed, beautiful merchandise, but expensive.

I agree with you Sunny, customer service definitely need to improve. When I am in the store spending $400+ on a handbag the staff are helpful. Call them back inquiring about a $40 free bracelet they offered to me via voice mail for being a "VIP" customer and have Linda literally laugh in my face saying with attitude "those are not longer available." Well Linda keep your $40 non-offer and I'll keep the $s I would have spent in the store in 2018. If I could return the $1200+ in merchandise I purchased there last year I would - not that I don't love what I bought but only to prove a point Linda - you are working in the customer service world. Well if you are not the store owner perhaps I should say you "used" to work in the customer service world because I for one would not continue to employ you. Lisa, who left the original message would probably get promoted. Have a lovely day Linda, PS: you can take customer services classes online for free.

Elizabeth was so helpful! She told us all about diamonds and let us try on and compare side by side with as many options as we wanted to see, and gave us her personal advice on how she keeps her jewelry safe.

Sales in this location is wasting my time

This is - without a single doubt - the best Tiffany & Co. experience I’ve had and continue to have (we’re talking many visits.) across many states... and even the downtown Seattle boutique. The whole team is fantastic, but my SA Sonya has got to be the best! If you need someone who is attentive, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for your piece to be perfect... look no further! She and everyone from the security to the director of the store have gone above and beyond during my visits to ensure I have the best time and leave feeling like royalty. Some luxury brands are about the game and overpriced fluff but Sonya and this Tiffany & Co. remind me what it feels like to be treated like a valued customer and for that reason I will frequent this place for years to come.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience or prices! Michael and Jennifer were always incredibly quick to respond to my inquires. Shipping was fast and easy. I even needed to get our rings re-sized (they offer this service complimentary), and within a few hours they had shipped me a mailing label, and within a week I had the rings back and at the perfect size! I've recommended to my friends and family as well. Also since it is antiques, I feel like that adds special value and is conflict-free.

This picture does this 14k gold, 2 ct. Rose Cut Black Diamond no justice. I am absolutely stunned by the beauty of this diamond. And what I equally appreciate about this ring is that it's conflict-free. Valerie, you and your work are a God send. I got engaged Nov 2nd, and of course I said "Yes"!
