I worked with Angela to design my engagement ring - it was absolutely perfect. She covered everything I wanted in the ring and it turned out incredibly stunning. The diamond and the band look beautiful together. I’ll be back soon to pick out the wedding bands!

DO not go to the Claire's located in Casper WY mall. There is a manager who on several occasions has wrongly accused girls of stealing. No proof, bad customer management skills and does not care about the stores reputation. Buy the products on line and save your children from being harassed, verbally abused and embarrassed publicly

Bought my wife's ring at a different location, just moved to the area and saw this location so we stopped in to get her ring cleaned. Staff was courdious and very helpful! In the time we were there NOBODY tried to sell us anything we didn't ask for, and they never pushed sales. I've had only good experiences with this company as a whole. Personally, I'd stick with them over some of the bigger chains.. the locality of this company really shows in the way that they operate!

I would highly recommend Frontier Jewelers. I have purchased sun glasses/watches, tie tacks and all kinds of repairs. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. I went in a few weeks ago looking for an engagement ring as it is my first. I trust no other Jeweler than Samuels so this was a good pick. My Sales Consultant was Heather Kipp and she was absolutely amazing! She helped me and my soon to be Fiancée pick out her perfect ring. I go in often and Heather is always quick to greet me by name and with a smile and it makes me feel good! She helped me get approved for a credit to pay off the ring and she even threw out some proposal ideas! I couldn't have asked for a better Sales Consultant! Very disappointed with our experience here. My fiancé brought in a gold chain with a cross that his mom gave him when he was 15 (he’s 35 now) and wore that chain every day. It cost $100 to fix and broke 3 days later in the same spot, even more unfortunate he lost the cross. The manager (a woman) said the only thing she’s could do was replace the cross for the same value it was. Obviously that’s not something you can put a price on, it was insulting to say the least. He’s heartbroken but was the bigger person and took the loss. The LEAST she could’ve done was refund the $100 and have some empathy. We won’t be getting our rings here anymore and will tell others about our experience.
