Locksmith

Came for about 15 minutes, charged about 150$ to pop open my door, and when we got the keys realized that he had damaged both doors' locks beyond repair - would not even consider a refund, even though we will need to hire someone else to fix what he broke and pay more - and on top of that was yelling at US, and hung up on US. I can not believe these other positive reviews are real - our family, and those in the neighborhood were absolutely in shock by his behaviour. Do not recommend...

Had an issue with some missing cargo keys on a used truck I bought from a local dealer. The dealer suggested I contact Pop-a-Lock to get replacement keys and they would pay for the work. I tried to contact the Vancouver Pop-A-Lock, first through the web form then by leaving two different phone messages (no one answered the phone either time during normal business hours) a week apart but never got a response. I'm taking my business elsewhere. If this is how they treat all their customers then I'm surprised they are still in business.

Ron was quick to book an appointment for when I could be home. Art arrived on time and got busy with rekeying the doors. He tested the locks and confirmed all doors locked and opened with ease. Thank you for the efficient, prompt service!

Searching for a place on the internet that would create a replacement key for my car. I heard the dealerships can cost up to $300. I found this place and within 3 hours they actually came to my house and made the replacement key for $130 including taxes. Great work guys and thanks for the great customer service.

Tyler Fillier rocked my world today by coming to my home to fix my vehicle keys! Any one who knows me, knows the long sad story about me and my van keys, including driving over my one working key with the snowblower! Now, thanks to pop a lock Hamilton I have 3 working keys...for way under what 1 new one would cost at the dealer. Love you guys!!!

: Service was great - quick response and very professional service. : Would definitely this company. Thank you!

Thank you so much to Dan of Pop-A-Lock Brampton-Caledon for your visit to our home today! Peace of mind, and quick and excellent service within 60-90 minutes of our initial call. Thank you! Sue and Eric

Pete and Simon were flawless. Excellent communication, on-site service, follow up. They made the experience effortless. Simon is a hoot as well. Thanks for the exceptional service.

Isaac was great and very friendly. He was also really professional and very customer service oriented. I got my key copied and programmed fairly quickly. I would definitely use this service again and would 100% recommend Pop-A-Lock to others who need a locksmith

I am so impressed with this company. First, someone actually answered the phone. Tim was courteous, professional and told me what to expect with the job and how much it would cost. We set up an appointment for the following day, at 3:00 p.m. Shawn was at our place at 3:00 p.m. and as he did the job, he showed me what was wrong with the previous lock and as he installed the new hardware, he again informed me of things I didn't know. Again, he was courteous and professional and there were no surprises with the bill. The work is guaranteed. What an excellent company. We will use them again, without a doubt.

Came here after I broken my house key in half. 5 mins I had a new key. When he gave me the price, I told him I didnt have cash and rather than making me go get cash and come back, he simply told me to come back and drop it off when I have it. Its little things like that, and now I would not go anywhere else.

I typically get custom keys made here. These guys hand cut keys so I don't have to worry about the key not fitting in the machine. Now I've got a whole set of customs and each time, these people have been super helpful and nice

I asked Cory to install a new deadbolt. He also did several other things for me. Cory went over and above to provide an exceptional level of service to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend Old Glory and Cory.

They came through in the nick of time. My Kia Forte remote had its own mind and locking my car on its own. I called the dealership and they wanted to charge me damn near $200 for a new remote and almost $60 to program it. I emailed Liberty Locksmith and spoke Jonathan who gave me a quote for the remote and the programming, which was $100 (better than the dealership). I paid for their services Friday and received my programmed remote on Tuesday (in perfect condition). They have a loyal customer out of me, I have already recommended some of my family members to this place.

Best bunch of guys I ever met. if your stuck they will get you on your way come hell or high water!

This was the BEST most experienced locksmith I've ever encountered. Awesome service

Absolutely the BEST. EXCELLENTS AND LOTS OF EXPERTISES.I need a locksmith after my daughter was traveling with a roof top carrier on her vehicle where the key had broken off in the lock. I looked for one on my cellphone app and received about 5 hits with my search. So, I proceeded to the locations given and drove around for a couple of hour, I found storefronts that were given as their business addresses vacant. I tried looking for another locksmith and had the good fortune to find Automotive and Commercial Locksmith location and went in to request help. Needs to say, I found the Locksmith, Mr. E. Sanchez to most helpful. Mr. Sanchez was very friendly, professional, courteous put my mind at easy by going ahead and resolved my broken key in the lock problem in no time. After driving around trying to find a locksmith for a few hours, I can say that I was relived, happy that the problem had been fixed and it did not cost me an arm and leg and very reasonable. I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks for the assistance!!! C.B.Johnson, Miami.
