Optometrist

Great service helping me with my sunglasses 😎 thank you very much.

I used these about 2.5 years ago for two years running, and whilst the quality of the eye test cannot be doubted, their monetisation of the findings leaves a lot to be desired. The first time I was led to the glasses, and told that whilst I could see fine, I should be getting headaches as my brain is processing more. I asked to take away the prescription to validate it. The second time I went there, I got the same results, and the very same response in terms of the hard sell. A year later I decided to step outside of the gold plated City of London just to confirm. I went to Lewisham, and they said "You've got a small prescription, but as you can see both close up and far away with no adverse effects, there is no need to wear glasses". That seemed like the sensible response I was after.

Got my glasses repaired by post and they even straightened them out which was perfect. Quick and friendly service.

Twice as nice at half the price, I was blind, now I can see you made a believer out of me.

Staff is very friendly and they gave me some great advice both for my lenses and glasses. I definitely recommend this place!

I have been coming here for years now for my regular eye exam and contact lenses check-up and the service has always been outstanding! They were always friendly and professional.

The counter staff seemed lovely but the optician i felt looked down on me. Not sure what the issue was ?? Won't be going back.

I have been coming to eye emporium opticians for over 5 years now and I have not seen such good customer service any where else in London. The staff here are so helpful and friendly.

Very nice and helpful staff. Got exactly what I was looking for.

Well the much awaited revamp has happened. It hasn't obviously increased stock capacity but the layout seems much improved. The displays are clearly priced from £25 upwards to £165, frame plus different types of lenses too and the lighting above the racks is kinder on the eye and the complexion ! There's a tablet desk near the entrance so you can check out the website to order in a colour choice or use the ' how would l look in these frames' facility. For those of us who are very myopic this is invaluable. You no longer have to ask strangers in store what they think or press yourself up to the mirror and squint at your reflection. Staff won't let you select an unsuitable frame for your prescription or an unflattering one. The aftercare is brilliant too. No matter what kind of clutzy things you subject your new glasses to, they're ready willing and able to put them to rights, which makes the initial heavy financial outlay on new specs feel less painful. Never be frightened either to delay your choice by writing down style reference numbers you like, then checking them on line later to help you decide. Don't buy under pressure. Ask about donating your old frames to a charity too.The cleaning and adjustment machine is now just beside the till so getting a quick spruce really easy.

Had a great experience in this place with a fast and friendly service. The staff are very helpful and give you a lot of information.

I needed assistance with adjusting my sunglasses, was helped by Said - he made my day. Excellent customer service!

Had a great experience with these guys on multiple occasions. The latest was when I needed a pair of prescription sports sunglasses. They don't stock the frames as standard in the shop but they arranged to get a selection in for me to try and I was able to pick a great pair. I'm very happy with the glasses and the whole experience of shopping with them was a complete pleasure.

Small but good franchise, service is good and the range of glasses they have include very different styles and prices. I prefer it to the other opticians opposite the road

I recently chose my frames and had them fitted and glazed at Eyediology. Amazingly outstanding service and knowledge. It’s been several weeks since receiving the finished article and I am still very happy.

Poor customer service, can never fit you in, tell you you have to have a compulsory eye test even if that's not what you came for. The opposite of what a good high street opticians should be.

Great service, very fast and very friendly

Very friendly staff, don't normally have yo wait very long to be seen and have fantastic follow-up service.

The Staff are so lovely and helpful and they helped me to choose some great glasses for a really good price

Good testing service but have been waiting 3 weeks for one pair of Bifocals & the other pair got returned after a day for crazing/cracks on the lenses. The basic reading glasses were 2 weeks to arrive. Thinks I'll pay the extra next time & do B**ts.
