Bought a pair of Oakley sunglasses here. Received some of the friendliest and best customer service in years. They have an excellent selection of everything. Super impressed.

Skookum is Salmon Arms local ski and cycle shop and I have been dealing with them for many years. Both the sales and technical staff are excellent, and I have never had complaints (if so not for long.) I highly recommend them.

Awesome service. The staff have been very helpful with getting my family geared up for the winter season. Will be back.

I have looked at shoes here 3 different times and each time there wasn't anyone around to help me. Nobody acknowledged that I was even there. Never be back.

Unlike most mall located shops... this is a great place for quality at a reasonable price! And the staff is just awesome. Particularly the manager. Their stuff all seems oddly small, which is an observation rather than a complaint. I usually fit XL shirts but here I had to go up two sizes to XXXL. I wear size US13 shoes and that's the largest size they have, but all were too small. I'm a 38 waste but I had to get 42 here. My son wears size 6 shirts and we need size 8 and it still fits slim.

This store has lost out on so much money. I would’ve spent $300+ dollars there by now. Of all the times Ive gone in never once greeted the workers are always standing behind the till.. ripcurl your employees don’t seem to care about lost potential. If Im going to spend $75 on 1 sweater I expect some help. Especially during your slower winter season when it isn’t December
