There was one customer service rep with a horrendous attitide. Very angry, bitter and not friendly. To the point where i closed all my accounts. Checking, savings, business. Tax free savings too. Worst app as well. RBC here i come

Olena (Helen) Sukhotska is a very friendly, helpful and courteous representative. She treats your accounts as her own and offers very helpful tips on day to day banking, savings, investments, etc. I would definitely recommend that you go to this branch to have a great service provided by her.

Been here multiple time. Line up and wait time are a hit or miss. Typical Royal Bank.

Staff is super rude. Doesn't know how to behave with customers. This was the worst experience I got from a bank staff so far. I wish there was an option to give them 0 rating.

Horrible customer service, they don't answer phone calls, worst bank ever, go to major banks like TD, RBC and CIBC. Stay away from National Bank.

Funny after reading previous comment very easy to believe an employee that was previously an employee of this branch by the name of Alexandru Nastase has just transferred to a branch on 1285 st. Clair that i have used for 10 years threatened to call 911 on me because I told him I didn't trust him and wanted someone else to serve me. This after refusing to allow me to join him in his office to figure out problem regarding my account. When told I had to make a credit card payment I went to attempt to only to have him confront me on my way to the teller. I informed him numerous times I didn't want him around me. He then began threatening to call 911 because he claimed I was a hostile customer even though on numerous occasions I told him I didn't want him around me and felt he was threatening and invading my personal space. As he hovered over my shoulder being restrained by the manager ordering me to hurry up pay and leave. Feeling threatened and embarrassed i refused to pay. He then claimed I was putting on a show while standing in the branch with my friends 10yr old daughter. What a joke my own opinion think twice before getting into business with this individual by the name Alexandru Nastase

Bad experience Tellers are not friendly Slow movement Try to improve

I needed to open up a bank account for my daughter and we were under extreme time constraints. The staff was understanding and did their absolute best to accommodate the last minute request. Without an appointment they were able to squeeze us in the same afternoon on a Saturday. It all worked out. Mission accomplished. Thank you Puja, Ashley, Ola and Viji. Two or three weeks after we received a call that our blank cheques were ready we went in to pick them up. To my astonishment Ashley still remembered us by name and quickly grabbed them and had us on our way within minutes. The fact she remembered us after all that time is a testiment to the great customer service at that branch. I plan to make it my home branch because it is that attention to detail that makes all the difference as a customer.

I wish I could give them zero star. Terrible customer service.They can make every blunder possible. The staff is not well trained and very unprofessional. .Once you will go in the branch with any kind of issue with your account which they can't resolve on site , they will make false promise to get back to you with in 5 to 7 days. No one will call you back.Horrible work ethics I think higher authorities will look into and take action asap.

Was forced to go to the BMO branch to activate my new credit card? Never heard of such a thing. -1 Then arrive at this branch to find it completely barebones with hardly anyone working. No offices in use (empty cubicles) except for two tellers. One who was posting charges (and didn't even bother looking up) while the other was taking 15 minutes to server a client ahead of me? 15 minutes of wasting my time. Terrible service when you only have a limited lunch hour and a business who doesn't have their act together. I guess that is why this branch is empty as no one wants to bank here!

Went here today and the teller was yelling at me because I wanted to put coins in my account & then take out some money in bills , She looked like she don't like her job. She was a total snob the whole time. Going to be looking for a other bank to do my business at !
