Bank

This is the 2nd time that I used this branch to deposit a bank draft cheque which I was told by SCotia that it is good as cash. I don't need the cash at the moment but I just don't get it when they told me that they need to keep a hold on a cheque for 4 days. Why would I be told that it is good as cash ? The frustrating comment from one of the staff is " if I want , I can just deposit on my Scotiabank account." Is that good customer service? I have been dealing with RBC for a long time, I don't know why I always have issue with this branch. I used this branch because it's close to my house and this 2nd experience has keep me thinking if I should still go back here at this Middlecote Branch. Never again!!!!

Great, convenient

This is a GREAT bank and so is the bank Manager. When dealing with my mother's estate the Manager was extremely helpful and considerate. Her knowledge and actions saved me from having to go thru an expensive process. A far cry from the road blocks and headaches that the Aurora CIBC Manager put me through.

People are nice here.

Good service sometimes busy

People need to look up what the Fractional Banking System is. This governs all our major banks. Once you do, you will understand just how much free money these banks make off of you being forced to use their services.

Horrible service, no responsible staff, bought the rrsp mutual fund for around one year with signed papers, the money still stay in my savings account without interest. For my mortgage, they ruined my sister in law promotion rate 1.99% and now we can only got 2.14%, caused us around extra$2000 for the interest.

I'v visited this branch for last 3 years and never had any problem. The only bad is that sometimes to many visitors...

Last week, i went to HSBC Aurora Branch, and dealing with a lady (i thing she is counter in-charge or supervisor), she is very helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. Also i saw this lady very patiently instructing her colleague, very good！！！

Yes this $6.00 charge is not what we signed up for. Just a pure cash grab.

I switched my home branch to come to this location and drive nearly 20 min to get there. I have had a very positive experience here, which I could not say for my previous branch. In my experience the staff have gone above and beyond what I felt they had to do for me. I am very pleased with the serviced provided and will continue using this location as my home branch for the forsee able future.

What a fabulous team, what an amazing people at RBC Yonge and Savage branch, at Newmarket. I would highly recommend this RBC branch for any banking needs, not only they are very customer friendly but also they took ownership of my problem(s) and resolved it the best possible way.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people, they helped us to get a good rate mortgage.

With drive through ATM when close

Wanted to add my dad to my account and was given the run-around. Don't understand how you hire people that have Zero desire to problem solve

Waited in line 10 minutes.. 1 person working the entire front counter. 6 people waited while teller tried to sell a client a BMO mastercard, then tried to sell a new savings account.. and then at the top of her lungs wanted to discuss a client's private monthly service plan and his finacial transactions with 6 people standing behind him listening. Wow!! If there was ever a reason to use an ATM..
