Good customer service

No envelope deposits is literally the worst possible system in banking. It constantly doesn't recognize cash and cheques. Get a better system CIBC

Situated in one of largest mall area and very accessible.

I was ripped off $90 by a bank teller at this location. She took the money from my account, shorted me, then denied it. The issue was resolved by the manager only for them to remove $90 from my account with no notice two weeks later. This bank is a joke. They STOLE from me.

Truly the worst branch I've ever worked with. The staff here are so poorly trained, simply pencil pushers with no customer service training or thought for the clients they are suppose to be working for. It's no surprise this branch has an F on the BBB website. Do yourself a favour and work with another BMO branch if you can, I wish we had. I'm not usually one to publicly poorly review a company, but I would never want anyone to experience what my husband and I recently experienced at the hands of the staff at this branch.

Friendly tellers- gave out free lemonade during the Sound of Music festival which was awesome

. An attempt to contact a BNS representative at my local branch took more than half an hour, after inputting my credit card number and answering some questions, I then reached a BNS representative, someone located in Columbia. While our banks effectively increase their rates and see huge profits, vulnerable clients/customer continue to receive reduced and poor services. All I wanted was the extension number of my BNS representative, I keyed in the last name as requested, that did Not work.

Has two outside ATMs with a large parking lot in a very accessable area and two entrances. Efficient.

Always friendly, even when you come in just as they're closing. Always trying to help youth like myself with banking. I always love coming to this particular bank. Always come in and leave with a smile on my face.

Go to stevenson and king if you can. Better yet there's an atm only td up near the dairy store at simcoe and beatrice
