I don't go out of my way to write negative reviews but this branch is by far the worst I have ever experienced ad I've been with BMO for 6 years across 3 provinces. A.) they are not open until 10 and closes at 5. B.) Inconsistent service that makes banking damned confusing and time consuming. C.) And finally, today I went to get cash out at the ATM, and the machines weren't dispensing cash! How the ATM at a BANK runs out of cash to dispense is beyond me. I had to go to RBC to get cash and pay a $3 service charge. This branch never ceases to waste my time.

Worst branch I have ever been in....longest lines staff always socializing with each other always lots of staff and long lines because of this....has happened to me 3 times in one year I always avoid this branch when I can

Best Service Ever I went today as some what I call a usual visits to do a deposite!! I had a hold on my account since I opened it a bout few years ago in Milton branch. "Tanya" the amazing bank employe at Gage & Barton branch noticed that my account is been active for a quiet long time and it's on a good outstanding record. She removed my cash deposit hold immediately and dropped the cheque deposit for one day only. Also she made me use it and it did work. She saved me a big amount of time waiting online to do a quick deposite and all the troubles to travel to the bank in there business hours. Her customer care and excellent Service is highly appreciated. In fact all other employees at that branch are wonderful and they provide great banking service. Thank you billions billions times.

Extremely displeased with the level of professionalism from not only this Branch but also the call centre. I was pre-approved for a line of credit over the phone with the call centre, twice. I come to this branch (my home branch) and spoke with Aaron whom had told me he looked at my approval and was going to work with me. I'm in commissioned sales, and proving my income seemed to be bit diffficult. But I did the necessary backround work to get my income approved. First my onilne CRA T4's didn't work, so Aaron told me to get originals from the CRA. Then when I got originals from the CRA, he said he already had the numbers worked and would be sending the scanned copies of the originals to the pricing department. Meanwhile I'm assuming he saw ALL of what information was on my approval. Then, he tried contacting me Saturday, I tried to get in touch with him Monday, sent him an e-mail, called him twice and when I finally reached him, he told me that the people at the call centre forgot to enter in information on the application and because of that it was denied. I'm sorry, but if you are a professional doing this day after day, and you see information that wasn't entered, or information that would hinder the approval process, would you not say that before making a customer go leaps and bounds to prove his income? Not to mention your call centre that apparently falsifies information to lead a customer on who was never really approved in the first place. I'm looking at switching banks. This is ridiculous. Going to CIBC this morning.

Says closes at 6 and i travelled all the way there with my two kids to find out it was closed at 5... Pissed. Update ur info

I have always found the staff here to be very helpful. They answer all your questions and always take the time needed to help.

Went on a Tuesday after the child tax checks were issued. Had to wait in line for about 20 mins before being served. Seemed like there wasn't enough staff on hand to serve that many people

Long story short, because of timing and delay this bank cost me thousands when trying to renew my mortgage with them when they advertised 2.39%. Should of just stay with RBC and took the 2.59% renewal. It took almost 3 weeks to hear back and got declined and rate had just gone up to 2.94%.

Service is good but wait times can be long

Came to this location 15 min before closing (445 PM) and when I got here they were closed. So I'm not sure if they close at 5 or 430 or whatever it is. Please close at the right time or update the hours

They told me I had a student account then charged me a lot in service charges on it. I would suggest CIBC instead, espicially for students.

Banks always got money

Will never go to this branch again in my life. I was there to handle my mother's affair after her passing and became very distraught. Began balling my eyes out and the mortgage associate couldn't even offer me a tissue. She was to busy trying to rush me out of her office. I blurted out at her, "do you honestly think I can drive in this state"? No reply....... I ended up sitting in my vehicle for over 40 minutes balling. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Hate this place......
