What kind of bank can't be reached by phone?? Seriously? I've never encountered a more difficult branch to contact directly. You have to know someone's name to get through the directory. OMG. If you don't know who's working at the branch, how is selecting their name from the directory supposed to help you get through?? So frustrating. Somebody needs to rethink this strategy.

Financial Advisor named Kruba helped me out every time I went to this branch for the past 6 months. Although it's not my closet branch, I still travel few extra kms to get to this branch because Kruba is there. My entire family and I prefer to get all our bankings done from him. Kruba is extremely friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I have went to numerous TD branches over the past 30 years, but never came across an employee like Kruba. He goes over and beyond to resolve his clients' banking issues and take care of their financial work. He has been consistently providing our family extraordinary customer service by taking care of all our banking needs, so we are extremely thankful to him. He is definitely the greatest asset of this branch and one of the most valuable members of TD Bank.

Very friendly and helpful staff

This one worst banks I went to hands down slow service all bank employees are in huddle just talking wouldn't help customers right away you can tell it's personal what there talking about then I asked for my credit card to pick up they can never find it so I called head office they said it's been there for months so clearly they aren't paying attention so I went back this time and after 15 mins they found it so I called closed the accounts just rediculios if you have good service here I say your lucky

I actually look forward to going to the bank because the staff and manager are so friendly, personable and caring. They brighten my day! I also, was the victim of 'Identity Theft' and the bank made sure none of my money was stolen and they reassured me that my money was totally safe at their bank. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I felt safe leaving my money with them. Their hours of operation are fabulous too compared to other banks in the area.

Love the service from staff, however getting through by phone is frustrating. Too long to wait ❗️

This branch never picks up their phone ... What's the point of having a number ?!?! Worst managed location ... Avoid location

the best TD bank's customer service I've ever seen in Toronto and GTA!

My friend went in to deposit a cheque for a youth organization she started. Even though it's passed the holding period they are refusing her $$ because they are convinced it's fraudulent without any evidence to support this. Did I mention the MANAGER referred to her as YOU PEOPLE?! In 2016. You should be ashamed.

This is a nice and quiet location to bank.
