Bank

The bank is very small and there is limited parking out back. The people there have always been very nice and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. There are separate ATM's for when the bank is closed and have just installed the brand new kind. You can deposit cheques and money without envelopes and there is no delay between when the money becomes available.

Have been with this branch for years.. It's hectic since they merged and that irritates me but they are always so friendly and so helpful and I have never left there in a bad mood...I think that speaks volumes esp with years and years of going!!

Nice staff, long wait times.

Very busy branch but the staff are completely inexperienced and made an error which was costly to me. I will never use this branch again and am considering moving all my banking to another institution.

I've had nothing but trouble since opening my account, When I opened my account I was promised 300$ for a new smart account and it's been a year and they told me that I opened it before the promotion.. well it was their banker who said the promotion was on and I would of waited. My dad opened his account during that time, and it's been over a year and he still not has received his money... I was told they fixed my account, so that if I deposited money to pay bills or use online banking, I would be able to use it asap. I did that last night and guess what, they held my money, and I missed out on a discount flight for my step daughter and now because of their mess up, I will have to pay 200-300$ extra for her flight.. Their staff / banking reps at the front are very nice, and try their best. But this bank is under staffed! I waited over an hr to get through line one day. Thinking about closing my account and going else where ..
