Worst service ever...bunch of thieves at service...i rented a car and was told that total is 228$ and when all work done and i took the car i found that i have been charged 429$ which is that they charged additional 200$ without my approved authorisation....i am never going to rent from these crooks again in my life and never refer this to anyone...the answer i get frm the manager is its company policy ( to loot customer) and its not mentioned before hand to customer ....i said then to atleast return the additional.200$ which they block they simply said they cant and if i refuse to take the car i will have to pay for 1 day anyways...what rubbish is all this ...i hav dealt with enterprise and other but never faced this....the manager the employee at the desk spoke to is mr.nayyer usmani.....its avery BAD BAD BAD SERVICE....no star ratingthey have it not written on any paper given to customer for signing or approval before deducting the amount frm him...utter rubbish....

I was very impressed with my whole experience renting a car from Enterprise in Regina. Taylor and Animesh were very friendly and helpful.

I would not recommend utility auto to any friends or family, they are scammers and sell junk vehicles, they talked my mom out of getting the warranty on a vehicle we purchased I get off work not even 2 hours of buying it took it for a ride the gas gauge was broken, back window didn't roll down, trunk button didn't work, and the check engine light came on, when we called the company the next day the guy said not his problem its our problem and wouldn't give us the name of the mechanic because he was familiar with the vehicle and he said the mechanic has nothing to do with you or that vehicle, they are very ignorant and don't sell good vehicles I recommend NOT going to them. They knew I had a child and still sold me a junk

I just recently purchased a 2016 Elantra from Kevin at Wheat Country Motors. He was a fantastic help in finding the right vehicle for us. He was a pleasure to work with and I will continue to go there for all my vehicle needs and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Manager and team at this location went above and beyond to deliver a great experience when I was heading on a road trip and needed a vehicle. Big smiles, friendly staff, I plan on renting from here again. Update: I returned to this location when my car was in the shop and was not disappointed. Taylor and Aman were knowledgeable, genuine, and helpful which made this experience frictionless.
