Car Rental

Poor customer service. Shoe box cars. Ridiculous insurance prices.

Well, I guess I'm another dissatisfied customer ... I turned in my rental on time with the gas at the appropriate level as when I received it, clean, and no damages... I have yet to receive my $320.70 deposit back from August. The accounting office phone number has a mailbox which has been full since I've been calling it and this is just terrible! They haven't responded to the Better Business Bureau inquiry. Shameful, shameful business practices! Update: To be fair, I received my deposit yesterday... it is, however, unfortunate that I had to wait nearly 3 months and file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General for a resolution ... it is not only the point of the money owed ... but it is more the principle of the matter ... treat people the way you want them to treat you ... the whole point of a review is to let others know of your experience with an establishment and it is a shame that this was not a positive experience for me ... I will not be back ... nor will my family ...

Many thanks to the Johnsons for staying late on a Friday to handle my rental needs..I was well past the closing time and caught them finishing up behind closed doors..They graciously took the time and got me on my way..Help put a nice finish to a terrible day with my transportation..Appreciate the professional attention I was given.. Excellent place to purchase an automobile and get car repairs done .... the manager of the auto repair department is excellent in his diagnosis and his staff do what they say they're going to do and the charges are as estimated

They Don’t want to pick up their calls , and a really bad costumer service. I Don’t recommend this to anyone . Really bad !

Great service all around. The guys there have always been great there's never any issue and they help accommodate my needs.

Easy, but note that you'll need to call them and arrange pickup at airport.

Fast check-in and check-out, courteous service, clean vehicles, best prices.

The best service & freindly, 110% satisfied

The customer service was impeccable, I didn’t wait I was in and out..

Go see chris he is the best to deal with

I was in and out and also received an upgrade! Brad is great and very personable with his customers! ❤️ The gentlemen that did my vehicle walk around was great as well. Awesome team at this location and the after hours drop off is soooo convenient!!!!!

Those guys never stop surprising me. The team at DTW are always smiling and today at my drop off they had a BBQ for customers! Fully recommended.. few weeks back they knew it was my birthday and upgraded me out of charge!
