Car Rental

UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AT HERTZ MARBLE ARCH. We booked a car online 2 months ahead and when we went to pick up the car this morning we’re told the car is not available and have to pay double to “upgrade”. The one and only staff at the counter was absolutely arrogant and unhelpful. Travel plans totally messed up. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO LOSE A LONG TIME CUSTOMER HERTZ!

Very good service on several occasions.

Great location less than 5 minutes walk from Euston station. Friendly, social and really efficient staff. Clean and tidy office. Great value for money. I've hired so many cars and have only ever had one situation which was handled excellently. The car tyre warming light came on about a mile after I'd picking up the car, I planned to just go to a garage and put air in the tyre so I phoned them to let them know and they said "Come back and we'll sort another car" the replacement car was ready by the time I got back. I highly recommend.

The parking lot driveway is really tight.

Courteous and efficient

Thanks Starr Cars, Top service. I booked a Ferrari; the car was in good condition and was not changed for another model which can happen with some of the less reputable companies. I also booked very last minute. (1.5 to 2 days before), and because I am an expat there was a complication as money had not cleared from my overseas account, (my problem). Starr cars mitigated the issue by slightly reducing the deposit. I still had to effectively pay more than once by giving cash on the day. This was a worry to me as I had not used Starr cars before. However the worry was needless as the late overseas money transfer was immediately refunded. Thank you Starr cars for your professionalism, and integrity, I will definitely use your service again.

What can I say other than from start to finish it has been effortless to rent a car through HiyaCar. The app was easy to use, I got the car I asked for and it was clean!!! The owner of the car was great too and ran through everything that I needed to know, I will m certainly be back again and again.

I have used Royal rentals 3 times now and have been very happy! They clearly look after their customers. This is matched with high specification cars which really sets them apart. Already looking at their new cars to see which One i can hire next.

I have used EasyCar over the past 10 years. No problems until the most recent car rental. The local car hire company (Firefly) added £245.23 onto my credit card without my autorisation after I had left Spain. I contacted easycar and they washed their hands of trying to help. This will be the last time I use easycar hire (scamcar hire)....

Easy booking, car was ready on arrival. Staff were efficient and everything was done quickly

Professional and friendly service - highly recommend!

Terrific
