Could not understand the customer service agent. Kept asking me what "estate" I am. And after I while I said Nova Scotia once I realized she meant "state" or for me, province. Getting the total in euros was a nice piece of trivia but more helpful to get the total in Canadian dollars. The robot was worse and could not understand the booking number. Price was right.

I had a great rental experience and would happily recommend this National location to anyone. It was the most efficient rental pickup I've ever had. I was in and out in minutes. Amanda and her team were particularly helpful when I had problems with my corporate rental agreement afterwards. Kudos to this team. I'll be booking with them if I'm ever in Fort St. John again.

Great service with an excellent and polite staff. Best pricing in Moose Jaw. Highly recommend using them for you next rental. The review below is way off. Enterprise was $608 dollars for FRI-SUN (SUV) and Budget was $65 per day.

Prompt professional service

Went to get a rental car but called before going and spoke to a gentleman that was very helpful at making my reservation. When i showed up they were a bit busy but igot in and out fairly quickly. They have a great staff here that is realy good from my experience with customer service. I was concerned about the vehicle return because i did not have a way back home but they even offered to take me back at no charge. Im not sure if every rental car place does that. I wouldve given 5 stars but i wasnt told when i got the car that the car was not actually full of gas, it was just full enough to show on the digital screen that it was full. The vehicle read that it had 324 miles left of gas when i picked it up and when i returned it and filled it up with gas it went to 370 miles, meaning i was left when i picked it up without those other 50 miles that couldve helped me on my trip. The vehicle was in really good condition and overall my experience here was really good aside of the small issue with the gas. I am pleased to come back to this location if i ever need to rent a car and i would def recommend my friends or other people to go there. Thanks for a great and easy experience

Rented a car after flying in to DEN. At least six customers got off the shuttle together and crowded into line waiting for the two agents behind the counter to process everyone. They quickly brought out three more agents to handle the surge. The rental rate was great and even included a free upgrade. The car was also clean. The only reason I deducted one star is because the shuttle took over 20 minutes to show up at the terminal, but I wouldn't hesitate to give them another try.

Best price we could fine. Clean, new vehicle. Friendly, helpful staff. Super easy return. The only draw back was that it took a while for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport to go to the rental area when we first arrived. It seemed like every other company had one or two shuttles come and go before Budget had one. However, the shuttle was waiting for us to take us to the airport when we returned the car. Maybe just bad timing when we got there and good timing when we brought it back?
