Car Rental

Perfect equipment and a good service! The vehicle and all equipment was like new and in a good condition. Return of vehicle was easy and fast - but the pickup took loong as there where dozends of customers at the same time. Hier wird auch deutsch gesprochen...

Great experience with Carboy. A much cheaper option compared to the car rentals in downtown or inside the airport. The owner was pretty cool to offer us a free car upgrade and waited after their closing hours for us to return during a holiday.

Great experience. My car was decent and the price was great. Absolutely recommend this location.

Amazing car rental experience. I rented a Mercedes C300 for 2 weeks. Absolutely astonishing car, best of all the price of the rental is actually quite decent / fair.

Great customer service

Great experience. Nice new clean car. Quick check out and return being an Emerald club member

I rented from Avis about a year ago, and am looking forward to returning this summer for a cruise. The service agent Kimberley was very helpful and helped me upgrade into a larger vehicle. Not to mention, the agent was charming and good on the eyes.

Accidentally contacted this company when I meant to contact another rental agency. Even after realizing my mistake they still picked me up and took me to where I needed to go. Outstanding customer service. Intend to rent with them in the future because of this!

A quick and efficient rental

Good rate. Great services. Easy to communicate.

SUPER friendly!! I’ve rented a car for my trip to Seattle. Need more stars for here. You made my trip great. Thanks a lot.

Best rental agency by far! Every aspect of my rental was above and beyond, VIP treatment throughout. DK customer service is the finest I have experienced.

First the agency is cloosed at 5:30 pm ???!!! We arrived at 15:10 pm and nobody was there !!! ???

Pros: you can get a discount if you book with a TD credit card Cons: poor service, and there's always a hidden cost that doubles the price! I booked a car a month in advance for s few day visit to Vancouver, and called beforehand to make sure everything would go through smoothly. Only when I arrived to pick up the car did they let me know that for my type of driving license, I have to pay some $20 extra per day! I haven't had this much trouble with any other car rental in the city.

I had a great experience here. The staff members I interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly at both pick up and return. Maybe the best staff I’ve encountered at any rental car location!

Amazing customer satisfaction with a great deal.

Staff are very rude

This was my first time renting a car from this location (open sundays) I was not only taken care of VERY professionally, but incredibly quickly I was on my way in no time. The staff, Amrit and Sukhdeep even upgraded me to a much better car ! Thanks so much will be back next time I rent
