Car Rental

I had a good experience with Routes Car Rental. The rate I got was much less than any other establishment. I was given a car better than I had paid without any additional. Both picking up and drop off were straight forward. The only I had was the transfer from the airport to their lot, which is located adjacent to Bridgeport station. They were busy and didn’t answer my call. I sorted by doing my own arrangements: I got on the skytrain getting off at Bridgeport station, which is adjacent to their compound, 5 min walking. I highly recommend Routes Car Rent, I had a good experience with them

The is a very busy car rental place, but the young lady at the counter provide fabulous customer service. The car cleaners at the back were also very nice. I am very happy with my car rental and I'll rent again.

Enterprise at this location has the best customer service! All of the employees are genuinely nice and lovely! Especially Jim who picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. Jim was truly awesome. I willnever rent a car from another place other than at this location when I visit Vancouver! Recommended 100%

We purchased a 2017 Tiguan a month ago and we were very happy with the customer service from beginning to end. Todd and Bobby were helpful and we would purchase again and we highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to give them a try!

Very nice, friendly and helpful people. Much better than dealing with the big rental chains. Cars are always clean and exactly as advertised at competitive rates. If you're arriving by seaplane or Helijet and need a car on the North Shore it's easy to pop over on the Seabus and pick up your car at Lo-Cost rather than dealing with the awful downtown rental outfits, bridge traffic and lack of taxis.

Looking forward to renting with Practicar again. Great prices and great service! Thank you.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with the Porsche and the service from Jonas and the crew. They were very accommodating and the car was so much fun to drive. He even got it washed for me again because it got a little dirty on the freeway. Jonas even went out of his way to get back my things I left in the car!! I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely tell my friends about it.

Such a great service every time i go there!!! The staff go above and beyond to help me have a great and smooth car rental experience. Thanks

Very friendly and easy experience. Even let me bring my Dachshund for a test drive! Bobby was a pleasure to deal with. Would buy again from him and National.

This location is full of scammers, they lied to me that if i drop off my car without refueling, i will get charged less. But they charged me 3 times more. Dont go to this location

I've been their longtime patron of car rental service. Their service is top-notch and always a pleasure to rent a car from them. Another reviewer mentioned that their service is not up to the Japanese standard. Are you serious? This is Canada, not Japan. I am not expecting Japanese service (like robotic service, domo arigato Mr. Roboto?) but rather friendly Canadian service (more human touch to it) instead. Keep up the good work, Bayshore Easy Drive!

Definitely the best place to rent a car in Vancouver. I went twice already and I was always extremely satisfied with the friendly customer service, the cheap prices and the cars. I highly recommend Best Price Car Rentals to my friends and family.

Very happy with the service we received at this location. Jacky was awesome all the way through the process. He will be the first person I call next time I need a car rental.

I want to take a moment to thank Carly Segec for her professional approach and service. I'm extremely pleased with the vehicle I leased through Carly and the folks at Pfaff!! Kudos Carly!! Highly recommended...

This was my first time renting a car. Booked a rental car easily online and picked it up a couple days after. Quick process and helpful associates. The guy who helped me was informative and offered telling me that I could go get a better deal for insurance from a nearby insurance agency ($10 a day coverage) that is less expensive than the insurance price they offered. Thank you so much, I feel much ease at coming back to Enterprise again for car rentals!

Great service! Staff are very friendly and manager (Rohan) is really helpful. Cars are well maintained and brand new.

It was good experience ..nice and clean car and good customer service ..
