Great customer service, really care about the customers and very clean and nice cars! Only car rental place I've used that I would actually recommend to a friend.

Thank you to Aru and Sukhi for making my rental experience super easy and efficient. I highly recommend it Regards Raman Dhaliwal WR Mattress Gallery

Awesome service..clean reliable vehicles.

Great car, clean. Also great customer service.

Very helpful and good service.

Got the car I rented online, picked up and dropped off back to the Nanaimo Harbour for our flights, no problem, and the staff were very helpful all the way along. Location us not as close to the Harbour as Google Maps may tell you, so do ask for a pick up if you are renting a car... It's not a quick walk with baggage.

Really good car rental company. The car was like new, clean and economic. The company even came to pick us up at the departure bay to finalise the renting to their location. It was clear, quick/efficient with nice staff. I recommend !

Great customer service

I was in a bind and 8.5 months pregnant. The staff here were so helpful and saved my day.

"Just let us know when you are getting on the bus. We will come and pick you up there." "There is some previous damage on the drivers side, so if you run into anything, try to make sure it on the drivers side. lol" "Tell you what, park in over by the seaplane and we will pick it up later. No, no extra charge for the extra night. have a great flight home." "looking for a quiet cafe/restaurant to do some work... Try Woodlys across the way, ask for Nala, tell him i say hi. He will make sure that you are looked after." And we were... Simply said, the kind of service one doesn't receive in larger cities, not by a long stretch. It was a joy Thanks Jocelyn

I had a great experience with Practicar and highly recommend!!
