If it is within your power, for the love of god, use a different shipping service. Lazy drivers who don't even check to see if you are in, local phone numbers that don't actually connect to anything, an asinine toll free number that just gives errors every time you put your tracking number in. Once you actually talk to someone, the line is, "I'm sorry sir, I don't have the answer to that." Very helpful

Great little airport, but when I dropped off my mother in law last month, the parking attendant outside was screaming (not a raised voice, but screaming, “YOU GO INSIDE AND TELL THEM THAT YOU PARKED IN A CROSSWALK AND GET A TICKET”) at a woman for pausing (not parking) in a crosswalk while looking for parking along the stretch of meters by the door. There were no pedestrians in sight. When she said she didn’t park there and asked him what his problem was, he continued screaming at her and followed her inside the building!
Right before this, he yelled at me for waiting (with my signal on) for a woman to leave her metered spot. Makes me very nervous to go back.

They were closed when I showed up during normal business hours and it was a bit hard to find but Greyhound is by far the best way to ship stuff reliably and for reasonable prices.

If I could, I would give zero stars. The girl in the morning was semi-helpful, took my information and said they would give us a call when they arrive to pick up our shipment between 12-2. Well, 12 and 2 O'clock came and no call. I call them again and a very rude guy picks up the phone and said that they were there at 12 (no phone call was given to let us know). He said between 12 and 2 doesn't work for them - well then don't tell ME you'll be there between 12 and 2. I call him back about 15 minutes after I get off the phone with him to schedule a time for tomorrow morning and he is rude and short with me. I hope I never have to use this courier in Penticton again.
