Courier

Terrible service in Penticton, BC...twice, I've barely gotten my parcel; they don't ring the intercom or leave a message. My phone number was on parcel...they didn't phone. I had to go and pickup at depot on last day before it was to be returned to sender. I'm checking with seller from now on before purchasing; if it's Purolator; I buy elsewhere. My neighbour went through the same problem just a week before me.

there needs to be a zero star! I have just read the other 65 reviews. 90% read the same as mine...and the company responses are all the same..."I'm sorry..." Seriously!!!!??? with this many complaints...the same complaints ...DON"T BE SORRY...DO SOMETHING!!!!! You either have no delivery people or really bad ones. Either way, your company sucks, here is Kamloops, and you clearly don't care. For a year and a half (how long I've lived here) purolator doesn't deliver to my house. Granted, I have a fairly steep driveway which is clear in ALL weather because of the slope, but all other delivery companies deliver, always, no exceptions. Purolators excuses are weather, nobody home (when we are), any and all excuses. I had to cancel my amazon prime subscription because they use purolator for delivery, until this contract is done. I am not the only one with problems with this company. I don't know whether the delvery person just goes home then fills out 'couldn't deliver' notices but I hope they close this office. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...USE ANY OTHER COURIER IN TOWN

Friendly, on time, courteous service. Thanks guys!

Awesome experience and travel on wheels at its finest!!

this FedEx is INSIDE the Home Hardware...no outside signs or whatsoever spend 30 mins looking all over the area.

Lousy company. Stupid hours. Can’t tell me where package is. Not happy at all and will not use this service again.

If I could give it no stars I would. The time is 5:17pm. I have a return item from an online purchase, pre labeled, pre packaged, pre-paid, ready to go. The shop is closed. Time on the door says 5:30pm closing. Odd how that happens, this is the worst ever UPS location I have ever used in the greater Victoria area. If you can go elsewhere, please do! This place/franchise does not deserve your time or business. Thanks for not being open during the posted time you said your open.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would give them -5. Absolutely terrible service. I've had nothing but trouble with this company since Amazon started shipping with them. Most recently, for the last five days in a row, I've had attempted deliveries between 8:30 - 9 in the morning. I work into the early hours of the morning and sleep late as a result. I phoned T-Force to have the delivery time changed the afternoon, and the next morning my buzzer is ringing at 8:30 in the morning. Upon phoning them again, they confirmed that there was a note on my file, but there was obviously no communication between the call centre and the drivers. The phone number listed for their local warehouse is invalid, so I have no idea how to get in touch with someone local without showing up at the depot in person. I've left a scathing review of this courier with Amazon as well in the hopes that they will reconsider their use of this courier service. I would feel better if they just left my package outside my apartment building and let me sleep.

A lot of people seem to be giving this specific location a low rating because the delivery person didn't ring the door bell. That's not entirely fair as that would be an issue with the driver, not the staff at this location. The staff here are very kind. They're very patient and will assist you filling out paperwork and creating a shipping label on their computer. If you don't have a tape gun they will lend you theirs. If you receive several or a heavy package they have a loaner hand truck and dolly. They will remotely open the front door if they notice you struggling. They say hi when you come in and bye when you leave. The staff here are literally the nicest. My rating reflects that.

Unprofessional & rude.

These people are crooks, do not sue them they over charge and Pad the boxes to make the prices triple what they should be. Do not use these people ever. I could drive to Victoria from Vancouver for less money than they charge. DO NOT USE.

Had a delivery and pickup to negotiate and the guys were super efficient and friendly. I would totally recommend the company for all your moving needs.
