Literally a time capsule. Still smells like cigarette smoke. Nice lady tho

Yesterday, we had a delivery of $120,000+ of goods, the driver refused to bring it inside. We explained to him that we have limited staff and a responsibility to not abandon our post and asked if he could please bring it inside. He refused three different requests saying its not his job to deliver inside, and left it out in the rain in the parking lots, as a result I had to leave my receptionist station and leave my co-worker alone in the store while I sat guard in the dark, wet parking lot watching it until management returned to unpack the shipment and bring it inside. Really, not impressed.

Why would they say they're open on Sat from 10-2 when I've only seen them open once during that time in 2-3 months? Most often than not, they're closed and I can't get to my overflow package because their mail boxes are small and their notifications lay flat inside the box and can be missed.

We had to move a large playhouse (tiny house) and these guys got the job done after other crane companies told us it wasn't possible. It was not an easy job but Kyle and Tyler were professional and extremely hard working and went above their job descriptions to get the job done right. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

Exceptionally polite, helpful, and well priced. Found them recently and have made orders to west van repeatedly. Unbeatable service.

Great experience! Package was well handled.

If you want service..Ask for TAMMY. Tammy is an awesome team member at ACE in Vernon. She goes the extra mile with a smile .:).5 Stars for Tammy!!- OK IMPORT -a Rothschild Group subsidiary

When you're not at home to sign for your parcel then The UPS Store is your friend.

They called and told me I had a parcel to pick up. When I went to pick up it took them 10 min to find it.

Super frustrated with these guys! They don’t tell you that you have to pay duty and taxes so they hold onto your package forever and ever and it’s not until you actually call them and tell them you’re missing your package that they say oh yeah you didn’t pay your taxes! What the.......? This has happened to me so many times now! Customer service is terrible!

Utter garbage. DHL package passed on to these clowns. 1st delivery notice went missing so I couldn't authorize them to leave the $3 item on my porch. Final delivery notice says to go online to reschedule. Tried multiple times and they wouldn't redeliver. And their office hours for pickup, what a joke! M-F, 8:30 to 4:30 with a 2hr lunch break. How can anyone with a job get there to pick up a package!

great guys great service always!

So many negative reviews here, but I've found the counter staff positive, upbeat, and helpful on my multiple visits in the past week.
