Courier

The staff here are fantastic. They've gone so far as to pull my items and give me a call to pick them up the moment they arrived, because they knew they weren't going to be able to deliver to the address I'd provided.

From all the delivery experiences that I have ever encountered, the two times with this location must be the worst of the worst. Never again.

Quick and easy service. Dropped a package off with prepaid postage, and off it goes. Not a one complaint, five star service as far as I met with them.

Good fast and professional service. The building is a pain to get to and having to pay import fees seperatly instead of a one off fee is annoying but it's still better than Canpar.

Dave did a fantastic job helping us move our mats into our new location! Thank you so much!

Something is happening at this location if there are so many bad reviews. I too had a bad experience with a lady making fun of me for asking for a package that was already picked up. I asked her why someone called today if the package was already picked up. She said it wasn't us. Then my wife showed her the Purolator number and the date of the call. She continued to be rude and than I showed her my email indicating that a package is ready for pick up. Again rude she said without a door tag we don't know anything. The point is I came to the location because they called me. This location needs further training in customer service and tracking their own items. It ended up that another package was there but the delivery person never left a tag. If purolator cares about their service level they will listen to their customers and make some changes. There are other companies out there. Looks like copy and paste replies. Tracking number and report it to manager. Customer service ???????

I was waiting for all day at home to receive a really important package. And of course they even didn't call by my buzz number, just left a note. Now I supposed to spend more time tomorrow to pick up it from their office. I am so tired of this courier company.

Good folks to work with Ive been there for 1and half yrs. I've done a hell of alot worse Not a bad placs at all.

Always on time and very personable, I love using their services.

Crown Courier is an excellent courier company in every respect. They arrive within the established time and at a very reasonable rate, courteous people on the phone and totally reliable. I'm very glad I now have Crown Courier's number!
