Dealing with this optical lab is a nightmare. KW YYC doesn't seem to have a problem processing jobs on time for optical clients however the Vancouver location does. Many jobs take well over a month regardless of ordering their product or others. Many jobs fail basic inspection. Hard to communicate with the staff on site and often a lack of communication between staff members. Save your time and use a lab that's local, friendly, efficient, and knows their stuff!

I have bought glasses here for a few years. The prices and service are very good. Recently I had the frame of my sunglasses break. They put the lenses onto a new frame under warranty at no cost and had the replacement glasses ready in a day. Very impressed with how they handled this problem. I will buy glasses there again.

I just made an appointment on-line and was about to look at frames, but decided to check the reviews. I moved to this area 3 years ago and this is my 3rd trip back for new glasses. I've always been treated with respect and offers for help, even if I just dropped in to have my frames adjusted. Glasses have always come in two weeks after order was placed. I know you can't please all the people all the time, but my experiences have always been professional and courteous.

I got a prescription sunglass and sunglass for my wife. I am completely satiafied with the service and how they explained everything. I will definitely come back at this store and recommend it to my friends.

I heard that shop was moved and I visited there 1 month ago. There were many fashionable and comfortable glasses and the shop was very elegant so I was very happy to choose my glasses. They were nice and friendly and his skill made my vision comfortable. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Jon !!

The staff that helped me, Matthew, was very nice and helpful. He was patient in helping me selecting an item and clearly explained to me the differences in my choices. Would definitely recommend other people to come and to this place and shop for your eyewear needs. Look for Matthew, he is nice!!

Even after multiple attempts, the lenses just weren’t right. These are inexpensive glasses but the quality is also low.

This is my go-to spot when I'm looking for something new. They have on trend glasses and I always leave happy! The associate is amazing, Karen gives the best suggestions and somehow always knows exactly what I'm looking for. They are one of the few stores that have reasonable prices in the area. I love it so much, I come back at least once a year to buy new frames. If I could, I would come back every month to make sure I get in on all the new styles they have. I've suggested this place to all my friends and family and they've had the same great experience! If you're looking for glasses, Anthony's Optical is the place to visit!!
