The lady that runs this place is not helpful at all. They try to convince you to buy things you do not need. Would not recommend.

Best service ever love his quality glasses and me and my husband always come here it’s a decision you won’t regret :)

I gave them 1 star as I couldn't go into the negative. Owner seemed friendly but, as the previous reviewer posted, got too close for comfort. I had to return my lenses as they scratched in the first two weeks. Another employee informed me there was a one time warranty for replacement. I came back when the lenses were ready and the owner freaked out, ripped the glasses out of my hands and started yelling and berating me in front of an entire store full of people. He said there were NO scratches and NO warranty and that he got me a "deal" on the glasses and that I got them pretty much for free. I corrected him and said my INSURANCE paid for them so he did get paid. He then said go ahead and exchange them and tried to kick me out of the store. I said I would wait and then he proceeded to tell me I couldn't use MY cell phone in the store. Needless to say the other optician (who is a sweetheart) replaced the lenses and said there is a one time warranty as I was leaving. So there is or there isn't??? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. An owner yelling at you and mistreating customers is bad business.

Jeff is always willing to take care of my optical needs. He is very efficient with repairs and has immense product knowledge. Great quality of lenses too!

Just dropped in today to enquire and received thorough and excellent customer service from Magda. I will write a second review after I get tested and fitted with new glasses.
