Eyewear & Opticians

I went in today with broken glasses, and the red haired sales associate (I didn't catch his name) glued the frames so I could still see while waiting for new glasses. He was very nice and super helpful.

Oakley's are my favourite and this store is great.

what can i say? nice glasses.

I rarely write reviews, but my experiences with Awni and Cindy have exceeded my expectations to such a degree that I feel compelled to say something. Their commitment to customer service is peerless - I have never felt more valued and better treated as a customer. Both Awni and Cindy are helpful, honest, knowledgeable and professional. When I experienced a crisis with my glasses they were eager to help and quick to remedy the problem. To anyone in need of an eye exam, glasses, contacts, prescription sunglasses, etc. - start here - you won't find anyone better in Ottawa!

I’ve had to replace now two pairs of beautiful RayBans in the span of 8 months, which is a story in itself. But each time I received better service than I could have imagined! Tara (sp?), I believe she is the manager, was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations and was the prime reason I drove 30 minutes out of my way, twice, to have her service! I’ll be a returning customer for sure!!

I bought my favourite pair of sunglasses hear, and they are always available to tweak & tighten them as needed! Still looking for a comparable pair, as they are almost 7 years old

John and his staff are extremely helpful and accommodating with finding frames. I have bought many pairs of glasses over the years and get many compliments on the style. Everyone is always helpful in adjustments and service. A+ all the way

Best Selections Ever

Good prices good service but comeon open some more registers, really?

Great products, friendly staff and super service.

Great selection

From what I read I won’t go there

I was really pleased with the selection and the display at the store. Customer service was excellent. Min was helping me with all my question and he was really patient. Would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Eye doctor always available. Friendly staff and good prices.

Five star service!!outstanding care provided.

Very helpful.

I had the worse treatment from staff...I cant remember her name but she treated me and my kids sooo bad. I had 2 of my kids exams done, which was great, no problem there but than, I was trying to get a replacement for my youngest, but the lady was so rude, when she called the insurance (blue choice option) she comes back and tells me I cant get a replacement when I KNOW I can...I had to call myself and confirmed I was right, the insurance rep tells me she can talk to her, when I try passing the phone to her she says "Im busy right now" (she was putting back a pair o glasses) she had no customers, so I had to get another staff to get on the phone to get my 8 yr old a replacement..VERY POOR service. I will never come back here. I rather drive to Henrietta.

Great people who will walk you through everything!!! They clearly are customer service oriented and care about you.

Everyone was very helpful. It was a wonderful experience.
