To give an honest review, this family-run business gives the best service in terms of finding a nice pair of glasses. The owners are welcoming and friendly, they have a wide variety of frames (if not, they can order frames for you), and are overall a very honest and friendly business. Because of this, it's no surprise why they beat other eyeglass services in the area for me. I've been going to this business for years now and will continue to go here for my future pair of glasses.

Great selection of frames, especially for people with a flatter nose bridge (i.e. Asian faces). It has been 3 years since my last visit, and the owner of this mom-and-pop shop still remembers my name. Wow. Service is excellent, and they even do direct billing to insurance company now. I was able to get a set of lenses with blue-light filter and a set of Polaroid sunglass lenses for much cheaper than the quote from Guildford Lenscrafters, *and* this guy also did the lens replacements within an hour. Do check them out if you are looking for a new pair of glasses.

They were very kind and helpful in finding the style that I was looking for. Because my prescription is pretty bad, I thought it would be expensive to get new glasses, but it was at least half the price I was expecting. Having new glasses after at least 5 years of not changing them, it looks like everything's in HD. Very thankful for their service!

I highly recommend Iris at Guildford Town Centre. Dr Fernandez is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable when meeting with his patients. I came in for an eye exam and left completely satisfied.Thefont desk staff are also very customer-oriented and professional, especially Jasmine, who was attentive, patient, courteous and professional. She wasareal pleasure to interact with. Wearing contact lenses, I am very happy to have found an excellent place that meets my needs.

What helpful people. Having moved to British Columbia recently, I needed to do so much and having to shop for your whole life is difficult all at once. I came into lenscrafters, I got a great sales lady who got things done fast and affordable. Thank you!
