I’m quite surprised with the negative reviews here, but I find the service has improved since I last purchased eyeglasses in this store. After visiting multiple optometrists, I find them to be very unwelcoming and unpleasant whenever I don’t purchase eyeglasses from their stores. Yes the quality isn’t like Versace or Tiffany and co however spending $195 on frames, lens, and extra add ons beat a pair that cost $500+. Why? Because when you have really bad vision and astigmatism glasses can get costly, so for lenses with great accuracy, Bonlook’s eyeglasses are the best bang for your buck. Ive ordered from multiple other brands such as eyebuydirect(10 plus frames), and firmoo (5 frames), zenni optical, and bonlook stands out. They actually measure your pd accurately in store. Frames are also stylish and in trend and you will most likely find something that will fit your face shape. Lastly, the service in Montreal trust downtown was amazing! The sales associates informed me of their promotion right away, what add ons they have ect. After a long day at the optometrist today, my partner saw a difference in customer service, and this is why bonlook’s customers come back. 4/5 stars, would recommend

Very big variety of glasses and very friendly staff. Helped us on adjusting frames. Chose proper size and balance the frame. Love dthe price range as well. So much affordable and convenient.

Great service but they don't actually take Care Credit like independent locations. They take the Macy's Credit, though.

The customer service is outstanding! I had an emergency situation and every person in the office was polite and caring. Dr. Oleinick-Goldstein went above and beyond. This is a place that really cares about their patients! Highly recommend!

I had the best experience with Berkley Eyewear. I thought I could save money by going to "chain stores" and when I finally checked out this beautiful boutique style store in downtown Berkley, it became clear not only did they have a much better selection of frames and the personal service was amazing, BUT they were also so much cheaper than the chain store for much better quality!!! They also take a lot of insurances and offer incentives to teachers. Would highly recommend!!!

Good receptionist, layed out all costs and fees and explained them easily, doctor is nice, and very knowledgeable. Decent wait time, but that happens at every eye place lol

I always have a great experience coming here going back to 1985 when the store was in the strip mall across Five Mile Road. I remember getting my first pair of contact lenses with Dr. Johnson in 1995 at their present location. They were very patient with me as I was there for hours getting used to putting the contact lenses in my eyes. I'm very nearsighted and my prescription is always done just right. That's why I drive over 30 miles from Ann Arbor to come here!

I have been a customer for this location for about 10 years now! I have never had any problems with their customer service and their products. Last year, April to be exact, I purchased a pair of Tiffany glasses. Within 5 months, they had been adjusted 3-4 times. Today, I went for another adjustment and the store manager went above and beyond her call of duty! I explained to her how disappointed I had been with the frame and how many times I had gotten them adjusted. She made 1 phone call and I walked out of the store with another pair of glasses! Just picked up my third pair of glasses from this wonderful retailer. Love the great selection of all the latest frames and the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service. The selection is "spec"tacular and unique. The customer service is superior. The staff always makes me feel welcome and at home.

Good choice in frames with good customer service. You may pay a little bit more, but it's worth it.
