Flooring

I have been in this store three times and they have not had ONE of the items I needed. So I will never step foot in it again.

I'd give another star if it was local. Some employees are helpful, some seem relieved to have not dealt with a customer. They do have pretty much anything you need, but the quality of some items does lean toward the cheaply made side.

Best real hardware store around!! Please stay open

Great prices all the time. I do a lot it tool rental here and I'm always pleased with the condition of the equipment and the price. They do like large deposits for the tool rental, whereas other places may not. Wide variety of tools, trailers and mini heavy equipment. They've gone above and beyond for me and I'll be a loyal customer because of it. Very knowledgeable staff that makes the navigation of the store and, it's product and prices, much easier to deal with.

Lots of cool stuff in stock, but the customer service is lacking. Employees smile and greet you, but you're on your own at times to find specific items, load them in your cart, or have detailed questions answered. There are some knowledge employees, but many answer your questions with high level generic answers. However, when you do find someone who knows their department, the advice and suggestions are awesome. Another great thing is how the employees really know the store layout. I've always received accurate directions to whatever I'm looking for.

Ed Selden Carpet One has been my go to for carpet and flooring since 1980's. They always take care of their customers. We had the big box store put in one of our hardwood floors in a bedroom back in 2007 and the quality of workmanship doesn't even stand up to the quality work and product offered by Selden's. They have always come through and met or exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them if your in the market for carpet, flooring and home design.

You can buy carpet at many stores from kids in aprons who know it goes on the floor or you can call Michelle, the carpet goddess! From about 1000 miles away, as nothing more than a stressed voice in flooring meltdown, she found the flooring we wanted and got it across the country in about a week. The kid in the apron was trying to reach the carpet company to see if it's available but Michelle has it installed already, when I called the apron they said the carpet was sold out.... Good thing I wasn't moving across country, oh wait, Michelle came through. A super hero who cares about her customers. Thats why she's a carpet goddess. Customer service is alive and well at Floor Decorators and every once in a while a miracle occurs and the unobtainable becomes a reality.

Great place great people.

Greg from Decor Carpet One contacted us immediately and was able to come out to our house to show us samples. He kept in contact with us the whole time and from start to finish the process was quick, efficient, and affordable!

Greenhome had the best price in town on cork flooring for our new condo. They were very efficient and helpful, and very knowledgeable about their products. It was also lovely to work with a company where the employees had so much enthusiasm about their business and products. We will absolutely look here in the future for sustainable renovation needs!

good service, helpful and friendly

It was an average older Walmart.

Store did a perfect match to a can of old different brand paint. Matches for painting new room and touch up of existing painted walls. Amazing match!

Friendly staff
