Furniture

Cute store with lots of neat things to look at. Reasonable prices.

Excellent! I forgot we had such a treasure so close to home!

Great place, prices were not that bad.

Good product

I was very happy with the service provided. I had an extremely simple experience exchanging a laptop, and the employee, Alex, who helped me out, made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the products, and went above and beyond to explain things in a way I’d understand. Thank you!

I learned a lot from Richard Boisvert, the technician from Staples. Thank you again!

It's ok if you don't mind paying triple or more for what you get. But some people have bad or no credit. And therefore, have no choice but to go here. In my opinion it's borderline "EXTORTION"

Our recent experience with the Brick was excellent. Salesperson Maxine was extremely friendly, patient and helpful in assisting our selection of a couch, chair and mattress. The delivery later arrived on time and was quickly set up by the delivery people. We searched a long time for the quality and comfort of the furniture we found finally found at the Brick. Thanks Maxine!

I had an awful experience at Leone's Furniture. I bought a bed from Leon's and during the delivery day, delivery people made a bad scratch on my brand new painted wall. I found them very unprofessional. When they opened the box, I found the footboard was broken. I called to customer service and guess what, I got a schedule for replacement after a month. This misery was not ended, during the delivery day I got a whole day appointment although I have been told that I will get a time frame for the delivery night before the delivery but reality was quite different. Until 6 pm of the delivery day when I did not receive any call from the delivery person, I called to the store again to get some information but their receptionist did not have any clue about the delivery, which was very frustrating. After then, I got a call from delivery driver around 6.30 and they said they will be coming tonight but not sure when, it could an hour or 2/3 hours. These people does not know any manner or professionalism when they talk to a loyal customer. In fact, the whole situation was handled by the management very unprofessionally. I was tired of all these drama and told the store I do not need this footboard anymore and preferred to keep the broken foot board. Later, I bought over 14K dollars furniture from 'The Brick' and every single transaction was handled very smoothly and professionally (see my review on The Brick site). I regret for wasting my time and energy at Leone's and will never ever go there, does not matter how lucrative their offers.

Great experience the guys there are really nice and not like other sales people and right in your face they let us go to them if we needed anything and have great prices can't wait to get a new 3 pc couch set

Printer purchase and the young man who helped us was excellent.

They staff there are absolutely AMAZING! So friendly, they help you the best way they can, definitely value their customers a lot. You can very much negotiate prices and get high wuality furniture for a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend.

Good maintenance staff and helpful floor service...

Had a wonderful experience with Garth Gardner today. Though we were too early to look for our appliances he genuinely showed us our options and help us give tips to make a deal. Will come back definitely for him.

Hate this place. Over priced furniture. You pay a portion of the cost to the sales reps that are "helping you. I think I should have an option if I would like them to help me or not!!
