Hotel/Motel

So totally awfull. Booking confirmed for 2 rooms. Arrive at 5pm. Both rooms not ready. Wait 30min. Still no ready. Must be the hourly paying customers. Never ever again

Excellent. Comfy beds, clean. Friendly staff. Pool, gym and breakfast daily in dining area. Great place.

Nice place. Nice owners. Friendly people

Nice rooms, very tidy! Very friendly staff! And it is pet friendly!

It's a good, cheap hotel. But it is kinda dated a bit. It could use a good facelift, at least looking from the road. Other than that, it's clean and affordable. If you need a cheap hotel room for the night, I'd recommend coming here.

Great rooms. Great staff. Surprisingly good breakfast. Would stay in again!

We just show up, and already disgusted. The fridge is unplugged, and the plug is bent so I can't be plugged in, and the inside is moldy. The microwave is also moldy. The fire alarm is questionable, and the balcony has no access. No basics; TV guide, locals guide, and WiFi is useless.

I stayed at this motel for one month and it was gross my fridge broke down I lost over $100 dollars in grocery me and my family and they would not rehimburst me

Very clean and quite place. Excellent customer Service, the water in the swimming pool is crystal clear. Price also resonable compare to the other motel in kingston area.We will definitely come back next time.

Everytime i go there, awsm room and service, Spacious and employees are too friendly 😊.

Place is decent with decent rooms and decent prices, owner is very friendly and professional would totally recommend this place for any one whose in need of a good night's rest.

Had a buddy staying here, in the long term rooms, for a few months now. The accommodations in the long term rooms are good and rooms are being renovated from what I understand. There is a shared kitchen that opens at 8 am and closes at 10 pm, it looks like people clean up after themselves and it is well maintained

The staff here was VERY friendly!! My friend and I were on a ground floor and the AC was NOT working. It was very hot and disgusting...hard to sleep. They had no problem switching us to a new room. Again ground floor. The AC in the new room worked...but not long enough. It would turn on every hour/hour and a half. ..and stay on for less than 5 minutes. We didn't get much sleep as we were too hot. Other than that...the full breakfast was good...parking is free..and the girls at the front desk are very kind and friendly. We had friends who had a room upstairs and their AC was blasting..and they had full control over when and how long it was on. So if we ever come back (here for work) we will request a room upstairs. Other than our room...we had a good experience here.

Great service, but rooms are always with way too much carpet.

The rooms were older and have that old motel kind of smell. But the amenities were good and breakfast is decent. The rooms are spacious with things needed for my stay.

Good customer service.

Stayed for a night for warped tour. Decent sized mini fridge and microwave en suite as well as easily accessible showers and close to amenities

Nice place I love it

Worst place I ever checking,I never write a bad reviews but today I will do it just to warn people.room are dirty, I have spend 2 night because I was trying to find a cheap place ,but that was the biggest mistake that I will never going to forget ,I swear I regretted booking that place is been 2 days since I check out but my body still itching from sleeping into that nasty bed ,sheet, blankets, floor, wall, were so dirty, the other room next to my was playing loud music i couldn't sleep all night .i highly recommend to shut down that place. they are ripping of people .even 1 star they dont deserve it

Great motel, for the price you pay for,you get what you pay.People running the motel care about the place and it's customers.
