Excellent stay at this Comfort Inn. Sales lady helped tremendously after I made an error with my calendar dates. Convenient distance to the UP Express to get us downtown. A sensible place to stay when you are traveling on a budget.

Spacious room... But no lift (I got room on ground floor, but not the desired one). Lots of dining options in the vicinity

Its a good place for a staycation! Its not that far from the city but it feels like we have been far away from it. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. We loved our stay there and the complimentary continental breakfast was not bad at all.

Anytime I stay in vaughn I stay at this hotel. The staff is amazing. Food tastes great. Rooms are clean and spacious with very comfy beds.

Perfect distance from the airport. Offers shuttle service to and from airport as well. Very comfortable beds, nice clean bathroom and nice shower. AC works well, staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was perfect. Will definitely be staying here for future layovers in Toronto. Thank you!

We stay at a lot of Homewood suites. They are just very consistent in terms of experience and service. The one in Vaughn was a step above. Very kind staff and a very new, clean hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites. The hotel is very clean, parking is free, and the room rate we paid was quite reasonable. The pool on the main floor is a little chilly and rather small, but the kids really enjoyed it. The hot tub was a great temperature though! A breakfast buffet is included. I wouldn't say it was great, but it was definitely decent. Better than what I expected for the room price, and a nice touch overall. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Case in point: my son forgot his favourite stuffed toy in the room when we left. A phone call to Housekeeping/Lost & Found on the drive home was enough to confirm that they'd found it, and they arranged to have it mailed to us. I would definitely return here if I stayed in Vaughan again.

I've stayed here multiple time and it's always been a great experience. Big rooms, kitchenette with hot plate, dishwasher and full size fridge. Full breakfast every morning and complimentary dinner Monday- Wednesday. However last time I was here my bed smelled musty, my air conditioner was insanely loud and my neighbour smoked the whole week which came in through my bathroom exhaust.

Basic clean hotel room. The AC was quite loud but worked fine. Staff were quick to help at the front desk and there was no delay.

I was attending a work orientation and stayed 3 nights on the 6th floor. As soon as I got off the elevator it smelled clean. My room was small, but had everything I needed and it was clean. It is close to the airport so you can hear the planes, but it didn't bother me. The breakfast was nothing special but it filled me up. There was a decent selection of pastries as well as eggs and either sausage or bacon. The hotel manager walked around saying good morning to everyone and made sure everyone had what they needed. Overall, very satisfied with my stay.

Had a buddy staying here, in the long term rooms, for a few months now. The accommodations in the long term rooms are good and rooms are being renovated from what I understand. There is a shared kitchen that opens at 8 am and closes at 10 pm, it looks like people clean up after themselves and it is well maintained

Beautifully redone lobby, very friendly staff. Booked one night stay + one week parking (airport shuttle included) to avoid a bad drive to the airport in the morning and it was barely more expensive than park and fly! On top of that the kids got to swim though the hot tub was a bit questionable. Definite value for your money

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. The beds are always comfortable and clean. I stay at this location often and I'm never disappointed.

Good clean, spacious room. The complementary breakfast had a variety of options for all the different appetites. The wifi was a good speed as well!

Old, smelly, dirty hotel with shady people coming and going and for what you get the price is too expensive. My room smelled like piss and everything there is an antique. Avoid if you are looking for a clean, nice place, good if you are broke or if you want to do something for a day in private.

Everytime i go there, awsm room and service, Spacious and employees are too friendly 😊.

Very pleased with our stay. Staff is very friendly the manager Gary was awesome he accommodated us and is very friendly. The pool is very clean they closed at 12. I do have to say they need more pool towels, bring your towels when going to the pool. Free parking is great. My kids loved it there and we all did too.

Very happy with this hotel. In fact we drive an extra few minutes away from our venue to go there (vs. closer hotels). We have always been very content with the VERY helpful staff, rooms, breakfast and amenities. Very clean, abundance or toiletries and towels (we actually forgot some things and they gave us supplies). Kids have fun in the pool and male or female, the exercise room is also adequate to get a decent workout in. We had some issues with screaming kids and noise on one night since we were next to a kids "party room" but we still gave five stars because of how well the staff handled things. You can rest assured that they actually enforce the noise bylaw that they have you sign when checking in which was very much appreciated! We go at least twice a year and will continue to make this hotel our "go to."

Best hotel ever in Richmondhill and Markham area. Nice and clean with fair price. Included breakfast is good. Highly recommended.
