Amazing room with amazing prices. Our kids were so excited that we had a kitchen a room in the living room and our suite and they each have their own bed.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights the swimming pool was closed the workout room was closed the lobby smelt from a recent fire in the attached restaurant. The rooms were recently renovated but are starting to look run down already. The bed sheets were not clean.breakfast served was a joke don't waste your time. Go elsewhere... also the hotel is doing upgrades but the carpets in hallways need cleaning and floors need moping as they were dirty. The elevator is a bit shaky and always stops on the seventh floor if going to a higher floor or on way down. The house keeping staff are amazing they always try to help with anything they can. If your looking for comfort and quality amenities dont stay here go eles where.

Excellent King Suite, very comfortable, well appointed, free wifi. And the front staff is amazing, was able to recommend a great tapas restaurant nearby.

I arrived late, the guest services staff must have been tired but they greeted me with a warm welcome and provided all the details and necessities to get me up to my room and off to bed. They provided excellent recommendations for a quick meal and helped me get calibrated. I stayed in a king suite with a full kitchen, office, and lounge... All very space efficient and comfortable. I got back from a day of meetings and work to be welcomed to a very clean room. Impressed with the staff and services.

Nice hotel close to Toronto airport. Has lots of shuttles to the airport. Parking your car is $20 per day, ouch. Staff is friendly and we had a nice stay.

This was exactly what I look for in a hotel. Clean rooms, pleasant staff, ample parking, and breakfast was included. I recommend staying here.

This is a nice hotel. Quiet, clean and has all the amenities that you would need. Staff were fantastic too.

The rooms were older and have that old motel kind of smell. But the amenities were good and breakfast is decent. The rooms are spacious with things needed for my stay.

Ash trays in every room? Nice place!

We stayed at a double queen room, wit 3 adults and one baby. The service was good. But the breakfast buffet needs improvement, because of the lack of seating area and the choices of food. It runs out pretty fast and there is only one staff preparing the food. And he didn't seem happy when inteacting with the guests.

Garbage rats mice and bugs never ever stay here not even as a last resort I would rather sleep in my car and it's 100+ dollars a night the staff are rude and incomplete with no compassion they don't care what's living in the room with you if you have kids and love them don't ever take them to the hooker hotspot

Conveniently located very close to paradise banquet hall. Clean rooms. Can't wait to see we what the renovations will look like.

Great rooms, good breaky, exercise room has weights. Staying here anytime I'm in the area. It would be nice if a little more control over the hockey teams was used so they don't over run the pool and common areas.

Hotel is a getting a little tired. Rooms have been somewhat updated and they seem clean enough. No room service however they will prepare it for you but you have to go fetch it yourself. Exercise room is really small, pool area small but ok. Restaurant is ok, but there are a lot of other restaurants nearby. Staff, polite, check in was quick and painless. All in all...average and basic but most of the Hotels in this area are about the same.

Grate area all in walking distance and lake views that take your breath away very nice staff clean and well keept building and units

Rooms were nice, but a little small. Great staff. The food at the restaurant is some of the best I've had. Walking distance from many coffee shops, restaurants, stores.
