Chad and his team made my engagement ring and our wedding bands and we are in LOVE with them. We had a custom design and an idea in our minds and Chad made it come to life. We are so happy and can’t wait to wear these rings forever! Thank you Chad and Higgins Jewelery Center!

Went here last night to purchase a gold bead for my mom. Got smashed with rude unhelpful retail girls. Asked for help and got told are you on the waiting list? When there is a waiting list it should be obvious to the customers walking in the store. There should be someone in the front of the store asking your name to be placed on the list. The girl was so rude when after waiting I finally asked for help as she was not engaged in helping anyone. She even said some smug comment as I was leaving the store. My mom and I love the Pandora jewelry line; and hope this can shed some light on the caliber of staff at this location. I wouldn't even write this, but it wasn't the first rude encounter difference is this time they lost the sale. A greeting and I will be with you in a moment goes a long way....

They really helped me they got my watch a new battery in no time and cleaned my ring to look brand new for free

I walked into this store and I see two women talking to each other uninterested of anything, when I walk into the store one gets up to speak to me and another sits at the counter. Lady #1 tells me about their special and I don't understand so I asked her again and she barely knows English, so I just agree anyway and go near the other lady to look at their jewelry. She says "Want a promise ring?" and I said "no thank you". She responds with "Then why are you here?", in a very rude manner. Eventually I told her just to look around and she said "Why are you here?", once again very rudely. I do not enjoy being accused of being a thief. I'm glad that this place is going out of business.

We did ear piercing for my daughter who is 9 months old, they took care of the whole process with ease. Only issues was we couldn't pierce the ear with our ear ring, we have our buy one from them
