Spent over 6k here for my wife’s ring.after we got married we sent her ring in to get soldered together. We got an email saying it was ready and available to pick up in Fort Wayne. Drove over and hour to find out it wasn’t there, they said it had to be sent back because it was done right. They never even bother to call us to let us know. Then they didn’t even apologize for it. All they said is “ya, someone should of called.” “Someone should have called” doesn’t pay for my gas or the waste of afternoon on a Saturday.

Each experience we have at Reis-Nichols is very personal, friendly, and professional. Every staff member is helpful and service oriented, but Nicole Williams is simply amazing. She has tremendous listening skills and sense of style to guide her customers and deliver an unyielding commitment to service. She’s become a friend, how could I say more.

Mark is a custom designer that listened to us without trying to hard sale. We were impressed by the personal service and high quality of the jewelry in the store. The prices are competitive and he and his staff helped us find exactly the necklace and earrings we were looking for. We will recommend Geist Jewelers to all of our friends and family.

Buy with caution. I purchased an expensive bracelet in June that broke from the hinge in August. When I contacted Erwin Pearl for an exchange they told me all sales were final. Really? No offer to replace the bracelet? To repair it? It has been a hassle dealing with Erwin Pearl and despite liking their designs, I will not purchase from this franchise again. Again, buy with caution.

We were very satisfied with how our custom designed rings turned out and the overall experience was great! Would highly recommend J West Jewelry Designs to anyone looking for custom designed rings!

Excellent service! Ask for Brad, he really listened and understood what was important to my fiance and I. When budget is a concern, picking out rings can be daunting, Brad made it easy and worry free. We explained the style we liked and the budget we were working with and Brad picked out a few and my fiance loved them all! The hardest part was deciding which one we liked best. And that's the way it should be.

My husband wanted to give me a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry for our 25th anniversary. He designed a pendant set with alexandrites and diamonds and worked with Patti to make it a reality. Every time I wear it I receive many complements. I love the pendant. I have purchased other jewelry here, all unique and beautiful.

Extremely disappointed. A few weeks ago my Fiance and I went to Kay's to pick out his wedding band. We ended up deciding on a Tungsten band. He was sized and they said they would send it out to be sized. I was told we could pick the wedding band on the 9th of Feb (today) I went to the store to pick up the wedding band and the woman who was helping me looked very confused. She said "well that's odd, It looks like there is a note here saying this ring cannot be sized because it's Tungsten".. Apparently Tungsten can't be sized and you have to order the ring in the size you want. (the gentlemen who helped us out when we had first picked out the ring clearly didn't know this).. The woman then said, "We've had this for about a week, I'm surprised no one called you." I said "So did you guys order the ring in 8.5 size?" The woman clearly stated "No, we need to contact you first before ordering it" So I said "well can we order it?" She asked for the wedding date, which is the 24th of this month. Apparently the ring would be not available to come back in time by the 24th. The woman had very little to say and didn't apologize that no one called myself or my fiance to inform us they needed to order the ring, so now here we are 16 days away from our wedding and my fiance has no wedding band.. I asked the Woman how she was going to fix the situation , she said "I really don't know what to say, there's really nothing I can do for you". I requested for my money back. NEVER GIVING KAYS MY BUSINESS. This wasn't just a watch or a random gift. THIS WAS A WEDDING BAND.... way to go Kays.... You guys are terrible. You need to train your employees better.
