Mayas Fashion has huge collection of Indian clothes. I bought sari, do like thier latest collection of salwar kameez and Indian jewelry. Owner is very nice person,she knows latest indian fashion and trends;best indian fashion store in the bay area.

I have gone to Anita's for years now. Their customer service has always been welcoming and helpful. Their pricing for jewelry repair has been fair and reasonable - even inexpensive. But the quality of workmanship for all of my jewelry I've had repaired has been great. I usually never have a problem and if I do they take care of it immediately. I love their selection of jewelry for sale in San Jose too - it's very tasteful and high quality. I go in and drool at it every time I go in. You won't go wrong with them.

Matt and Matt do great work at affordable prices. Custom or pre made works. Matt custom made my wife's engagement ring from a picture of a 1920's vintage ring that I could not afford and it turned out perfect and with in my budget. My family has continued to purchase hand crafted jewelry from them and would never buy anything else where. I recommend them to all my friends and they are never disappointed with Matt's work!

So I went here yesterday after someone told me that they really liked this store and I should stop by because they had a nice selection. I was anxious to see for myself; however when I arrived at the store and started looking around I was disappointed because not once did the guy and lady sitting by the register ever stop conversating or attempt to help me look at anything. Poor customer service and not very friendly at all. Needless to say I left without ever being helped and I honestly would not go back here ever because who wants to go to a store and spend money where they don't value their customers.

The customer service is very bad. I walked in didn’t get a greeting or anything. Had to ask for assistance and when asked to see the charms they told me to look through the glass and that’s it. Also they told me that’s the way the store is everywhere and that is not correct because the ones I have been to they took out the product and let you see them not having you look through a glass. I felt like I was treated like a thief not a customer.

Horrible customer service, which is against their customer service policy. The store manager STEVE CORTES was straight lying the whole time just because he didn’t want me to return it when I had the right to. I left really angry because of him and because I couldn’t return my necklace even within the 30 day guarantee full refund return. I’m going to contact HR and tell them everything. He was straight up bullshitting everything he was saying and me and my brothers were able to tell instantly that he was lying the whole time just so we wouldn’t return out items. He was straight up rude and shouldn’t be working there if he is just going to be lying to the customers just so they can buy the items and for them to get commission.

Hi everyone!I am complain about Pagoda Oakrige mall Store Manager Alicia Ramiraz.I never see people like her.She was not ailing person ,very rude ,not friendly,not carrying,not thinking of people or kids feeling.She doesn't know how can be manager how can talk to customer and solve customer problem.She is very unrespectful.Giving customer very hard time not help them.Today I meet Matt the same store.He is very sweet helpful,he know how can take care of the costumer,he is very good talking and smiling person .I can't understand big company Pagoda how can higher that kind of person be store manager.I am not recommend this store if she is there..........

I came into the oakridge location about a month ago. Looking for a push gift for my wife. I was instantly greeted by the store manager Fahad. This guy is an absolute charector, but he is very well informed about everything in his store. He helped me pick out a tennis bracelet and wedding band. Very funny guy with a cool green suit. The customer service was absolutely amazing and the price was great ( I had shopped around before I came in). I definitely will be coming back in here.

Nice service

Brittany is not that nice. I have daughters ear pierced and the back kept falling out so I needed new ones . she seemed annoyed when explaining to her that I check her ears but they keep falling out, she talked to me like if I didn't take care if my daughter which makes me mad I'm a great mom. Long story short in the end I showed her the backs that fall out she was like, oh yeah those ones fall out easy! That's what I'm saying, it's not me being a bad mom not checking in my daughter. Don't expect the company to do a slap on the wrist or play the game he said she said, just want people to know my experience. Nothing will change, so I'm not asking for that. Just giving my opinion.
