Just want to let you know , I've shopped at your Guess Factory Store in San Leandro CA. and both times I was there, It was the most horrible Shopping , experience I've ever had The 1st time I visited the store, I thought " oh maybe their having a bad day" but then I few days later they were just as bad or worst as the 1st time I was there!!!! Rude, Not helpful, Looked down at costumers as if they were discriminating when they were asked for assistance, And to top you could tell that the work relationship among them is not the best, I should say Catty ?? They way the Employees talked, treat each other, SO unprofessional if you ask me, That I worked for a bank and is use to providing costumer service.. I have to say that the SO CALLED Managers are the worst!!! you would think they should st the example right !! we ll they are LOL !!! I was in line for 10 minutes and witnessed how the mangers talked to the others employees and their body language not to mention, they felt as if the owned the store.. TO BOTH OF YOU MANAGERS PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE THE COSTUMERS ARE MAKING YOUR PAY CHECK!!!! NUMBER #2 YOUR SELLING MORE THAN CLOSE YOUR SELLING A BRAND, THAT I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN,, Hello !!! Have you seen your ratings on YELP ??? Shame on you gilrs !!!! You need to stop wearing all that make up and provide better costumer service,, Button line, As much as I like Guess Brand , I will never Ever return to that store again, And I will make sure My Family doesn't either

This is a normal Pandora store. I would rate it higher but I keep feeling pressured by the staff to buy other than browse.

Staff tried to get me to switch to a more expensive ring, after I told them what my budget was. Not great service.

Overall experience went there to get a necklace for a girl that my little brother likes in middle school. Women named Christina helped me out she was very helpful on getting the right price I want, very patient with us didn't rush or move on to another customer while we browse she stood there with us browsed with us.

unlike other places, staff doesnt pressure you to make your purchase. they encourage you to look around as much as you like. that being said, its Tiffany's and really really expensive.

Alexa was super professional when taking care of my daughter. She took the time to clean and mark the peircing spot on her ear. The store is kids friendly, and have good gold and silver earing selection.
