Only place I buy all my jewelry! Zoro is a man that's about his business and has no means of getting over on you or overpricing. As far as I know he gets all pre owned jewelery which keeps the cost of things more affordable, but he also has a standard he abides by so you know your getting quality. I've been here about 5-6 times and made 3 purchases and many more to come.

My Mrs.' family has been going here for years. Although they do not buy jewelry often they are remembered by name alone and are always curious how the family is doing. They care and sell quality merchandise at a reasonable price. This is a no pressure to buy store. You will feel welcome. Why would anyone want to go to a chain when such kind and personable service is a short drive from most anywhere in San Jose.

Erica and the African American lady and Indian lady are some of the worst customer service representatives/supervisors I've ever seen. Stay far away away from this place. They always have an Attitude especially Erica and the Indian lady and the African American lady is just loud and ghetto and won't shut up about her personal conversations when customers are in her store! and throw your jewellery at you without providing you with one of those free little baggies to hold your expensive ass jewellery in, in or one of those free little boxes which don't even take a penny to make to hold your expensive and way too overpriced and beyond-limits time consuming jewelry from kay jewellers that take forever to get from them at least 6 times longer than other jewellery places. they won't even cover up your fragile weak thin jewellery for you that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars like all the other jewellery places do for you automatically with no charge especially when you've just spent thousands and thousands of dollars there?. they are so cheap and such robbers to the people with such attitude problems. barf!. How in the heck do these kinds of people get these jobs?? Affirmative action , diversity?? Whatever the case may be, replacement needed asap!! This is unacceptable! And unreliable! And they make kay jewlers look so cheap unclassy and cheeeesy unprofessional! Kay jewellers you should be ashamed for hiring these people and training them this way with your! Over priced stuff! , And way too time consuming!, Nasty bad attitudes/ behaviors, won't wrap cover up your jewellery for you as an automatic given!=destructive atmosphere/poor customer service attitudes! Poor customer service Experiences each and every time I patroned this particular store. This store really sucks with all these individuals running it!!!- ALL OF THEM EXCEPT FOR Ang-elica! And their lives must be really horrible! Cuz I feel their misery And attitudes! And the ghetto atmosphere that the African American lady makes it to be with her loud mouth!

I have been a Sonoma Silver customer for over 3 years. I have never found another jewelry store on par with Sonoma Silver, though I have visited most of the jewelry stores in the area and along the way in my travels.

Am so mad and disappointed went in there to take my daughter to waste her gift card and and at checkout there system was crashed. My daughter was so bummed out and my baby left so disappointed

Fast and friendly. Took our 3 1/2 month old daughter to have her ears pierced. They were very attentive and did a good job. Poor babygirl cried just for a minute or two. I will be back to check out the nose rings.
