Not bad but not great. My friend bought a ring for her but when she picked it up it was totally different.. We asked if we can change it to something that was the same exact price. But when we found a ring one of the workers said that we had to pay $115. But not only that. They asked us to pay the tax too. So in total it was around $135. So we asked for a discount but they NO. We asked for at least at $20 discount to make it $115 but they still said no. They should try at least giving a discount but without even trying to help us, they said no. If you're okay with any price then you can come here. But I'll give you a warning. Make sure the ring looks the same after they correct the size! The rings are very beautiful though.

Love coming into this store! The employees are always so warm and welcoming and enjoy sharing their fav pieces with me.

The Spence employees are very nice and helpful. They are also extremely knowledgeable about their products. The store is clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends and I will be back when I need to make another jewelry purchase.

I am working at the SF BayBay Bird Festival on Mare Island this weekend and have shopped at the Wild Bryde display and shop both days. I bought 2 bracelets and 4 pairs of earrings between the 2 days. I love the products !! I was so happy to find this at this show as I loved buying them in the past in shops I've visited. I have some I've had for many years and still live them. Bad customer service worst i have ever seen one of the managers came out and yelled at us when we were already shopping 5 stores away cant believe it wanna know the reason why cause I asked for a price and she said it has a dang tag on it....and then I said well that was rude...for someplace that should have high customer service they really let there place go. And for her to come out of her store on company time and yell and my mom and dad on vacation that was way wrong!
