Bought bottom grill & it had a tiny hole. Noticed it after having it resized. Decided to ignore. Grill was supposed to be white gold but looked brass when dirty. Bad attitudes from the Chinese people there. Lost that bs & I was gonna get another but I'm going elsewhere. $60 a tooth for "14k" when it's prolly not is a rip off.

I had a great experience working with Steve to design an engagement ring. He answered my many questions, and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or force me into buying something. He really delivered: the product is exactly what I was looking for, my fiancee loved it, and he got it done on a short time frame without sacrificing the quality of the product. He is a true craftsman, and made my ring by hand, doing the whole process himself. He let me see the ring as it was in progress, which was a treat for me. On top of all this, his price was very reasonable.
