Great service and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for new jewelry or repairs. The gold selection is vast. In about 20 minutes I was able to go in, get a new necklace while switching out old necklace clasps, brought back damaged necklace for a refund. Can't beat this place!

Elegant Jewelers has saved me many times! I am a art jewelry designer and maker. There have been times when I cannot create what I want or cannot repair a piece because of my limited tools. Elegant Jewelers has a laser machine and with it can make quick and easy repairs that I cannot do. Bona and his team are excellent and experienced craftsmen. They are honest and their prices are very reasonable for the work they do.

The store located at Northridge Mall has nice staff (outside of them spelling my name wrong) but if you choose the finance option, their 1-800 customer service leaves so much to be desired. They fail to own up to their insufficient, broken app and my personal advice, don't ever try to use their non user friendly website (which trying to find pertinent information on is a fools errand) and specifically the auto pay feature, which, is where the base of my issues started. The customer service staff won't help, they lie and they like to leave you on hold so much that even the most patient of monks would go bananas. My advice? Go elsewhere or pay using a non store card..DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THEM!
