This is the place to go if you want to buy an engagement ring or wedding band. My fiance purchased my engagement ring here and Mark Allen and his son Nate were great and helped him design exactly what we were looking for. They are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Their jewelry is high quality and you can tell how passionate they are about what they do when you talk to them. They resized my engagement ring for free and when ever I am around the store in Santa Rosa I stop in and they clean the ring for free. We also bought our wedding bands here and will definitely be back in the future!

I buy my girlfriend and mom Pandora charms so frequently, that the store in Roseville knows me by name. When I moved to Santa Rosa, i visited this store frequently. In a 12-month period i spent ~$2,000 in the store. Unfortunately, I found across numerous visits the staff to be extremely rude and pushy. I only tolerated it because I was busy, parking was free, and I didn't want to deal with using Pandora's website -- It's faster to find the charm you want to fit a certain occasion when someone is there to help you. Between how rude and pushy the staff act, and the fact that parking is no longer free, I've been shopping with Pandora online for the last several months. I have no plans to return to the Santa Rosa store.

We had ordered our wedding bands on 2/7/2015 and were told they were being special ordered and would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. We stopped in today to just double check the ETA (because we're getting married on March 21st) and now the ETA has been pushed back to 4/6/2015. 8 weeks. Double the time we were told. I called corporate and they told us that's usually how long it takes. I wish the sales person was more upfront about it, or they could have called us to let us know the ETA was different once they placed the order. The best part was the original lady that helped us (before we placed the special order) was very, very friendly, and they let us cancel the order without losing our deposit. That being said, I will not come back here.

the staff was rude and had one girl had an attitudel. there was also only one girl out there, just one at the register, that's it. prices are crazy for crapy jewelry. don't go here can get better earrings at target for way cheaper.

Tried to walk in at 5:53 when they were closing at 6, to do a quick return of a necklace There was a lady standing at the door just waiting to lock up who said "the store closes in 7 minutes" (with quite the attitude) to which I replied "I just would like to do a quick return" she then started to go on with something about "their systems" and how they haven't had time to catch up or something??? Then The lady inside asked from the counter "is it a small return?" Then called me over and did it for me.. I was out by 5:55. If you're gonna close your store at 5:53 then maybe advertise 5:53 as your closing time. I've worked in retail and I know how annoying it can be when people come in right before closing time but it was my job and I dealt with it. So so so rude!!!!!
