Inattentive staff. I went in to purchase a necklace and was not greeted. The sale associate was helping one lady. Others came in and out with no acknowledgement. I finally asked to see a necklace that was displayed high on a shelf. The sales associate got it for me and handed it to me without saying a word. I decided to purchase the necklace so I went to the registered and still there for about 5 minutes, waiting to be helped. Sales associate finally came over to ring me up. She then told me that jewelry was buy one get one 50% off. I walked over to get another necklace, which was all about 2 minutes. By the time I went back up to the register the sales associate was back with the lady! I stood at the registered as she helped the lady choose clothes, never once did she acknowledge me standing there. She walked durectky behind me picking clothes for the one lady! Again, I waited a good 7-8 minutes before I decided to leave. I understand that I am not this young, cute, fashionable girl. I am a mom of 2 young girls looking for some cute accessories! And like Julia Roberts said in Pretty Woman, "I have money to spend here!" Horrible experience and i will not return!

They don't update styles too often. But nice staff. There's a cute dog who lives here

Giovanna is as much of a gem as the GORGEOUS jewels she sells. She is so sweet, has amazing pieces, and works to make sure you feel appreciated. My fiancé got my engagement ring here and she helped him pick out a stunner of a piece! So of course we went back and got our wedding rings here too! We also got them engraved for no extra charge and she helped make sure it was a surprise for each of us what the other wrote. It She made us feel like we were a high priority and all of her employees areso nice! The best part about being one of her brides though is getting to borrow jewelry for our big day! As part of my bridal shower, we swubg by her shop and tried on a bunch of pieces and my wedding band. We ended up picking some really gorgeous earrings (with aquqmarine stones that remind me of earrings my Daddy gave me for my 11th birthday) and a beautiful rose gold pendant necklace. Honestly, Giovanna's is one of the reasons our wedding felt so special!
