Boutique little shop that's got a lot of varying selection laid out with a bit of organized chaos. Not much space to pass people and you'll have to weave in an out of seemingly random glass display tables. Bought girlfriend some earrings which were a decent price for a decent new look.

I wanted to thank you both Anar and Anju for this beautiful milestone in my life. You have made something that is uncomprehendable to me into something easier. Showing me the steps and things I needed to get in order to make a horrendous day in paradise into something as lovely as the ring. I appreciate the time and countless emails and phone conversations that we had went through to find the most perfect diamond within my budget. When I first sought out this endevour I was so worried but your patience, insight and help made the purchase so smooth I couldn't have asked for more. My new chapter of my life starts now thanks to you both. Without you I may still be shopping for the perfect diamond. In case you don't want all the details, I'll summarize by saying that I did my homework and met with about four other jewelers along with visiting some online retailers before meeting with Mike at Select Diamond Imports. He was in a league of his own. For anyone looking for competitive prices but truly exceptional service for all kinds of custom jewelry and diamonds, give Mike a call. The Details I was in the market for a custom diamond ring. I met with several jewelers in the downtown/uptown Toronto area before contacting Mike at Select Diamond Exports, who was referred to me by a friend. I gave Mike a call on a Saturday and, after getting to know what I was looking for and my budget, agreed to meet with me the following Monday after work (which was very convenient for me and not so convenient for him), When I showed up at his office I knew I was getting the next level of customer service. Mike laid out several stones of varying size, clarity, cut etc. and, without giving me the details of each, invited me to loop them and decide for myself which one was right for me. He then explained all the differences between them. I never got an up-sell and he didn't push me in any specific direction. I was impressed by the range of stone that was available in my budget and landed on the perfect one. Second, Mike created an absolutely perfect ring. I gave him two images to work from and he and his team created a brilliant 3D drawing and wax model. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and invited to see how it all progressed. The end product actually exceeded my expectations. Moreover, his price for the ring material ( in either gold or platinum) and workmanship was significantly less than other places I had visited. I'd definitely go back. Bottom line is that I'd highly recommend Mike at Select Diamond Imports.

By far the best choice for anything engagement-ring related. The entire experience--starting from the initial appointment, ring design and confirmation, final product, even the resizing and follow-up was nothing short of perfect. Every step was incredibly transparent, professional, and very quick as well--something you might expect from a business that books weeks out in advance, given the popularity (so be sure to book early). I was able to design & purchase the exact ring I had in mind for a much more reasonable price than any other vendor (retail), and was well within budget--absolutely no complaints.

terrible jeweller..shop is actually located in concourse level of royal york hotel. She will lure you into a sale by giving you 1/2 price of an inflated MSRP, then reduce it further so you think its cheap. If you require a resizing, you will be charged $50 plus HST PER RING. She gives no leeway in resizing costs

Alexis is amazing. She is warm, patient, talented and easy to work with. She was always very prompt and available for questions. I had a vision for my ring and she made it come alive. My fiancee and I could not have asked for a better experience... or a better ring!
