Don't be in any hurry to get a custom-made piece...even something simple. Took forever (I mean months & months) to get a simple , but very expensive plain ring made. It wasn't anything intricate, but needed a very small size & don't like resized rings. Overpriced for the same quality you'd find at an upscale jeweler in Pittsburgh.

I went to bill to get my wedding set redone from yellow gold to white gold the work that bill did on my ring was incredible he really knows what he is doing . You can tell when you are dealing with someone that cares about what you want and bill delivered that for me. They are very friendly and family oriented. I would definitely recommend Elyria Jewelers.

Awesome customer service

After having my ring in the Jared jewelers in North Olmsted I needed it fixed after they rhodium plated it poorly. I went into Lorain Kay jewelers I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and very helpful staff! My ring came back PERFECT! After having my baby I needed it sized and wanted it sized immediately, made the mistake of going back to Jared and had my one wedding ring shaved down so thin that I wouldn't ever be able to have them not soldered. I went straight to Kays and they sent it to another jeweler and it came back in 2 weeks, right when they said it would, and it was yet again PERFECT! Can't say enough about the staff there and the great management they are under!

My daughter got her ears pierced here, and they were so good with her. They made sure she knew how to clean them and take care of them, and when she could change them. No tears!

My husband and I have been purchasing almost all of our jewelry from Kay’s at the Indiana mall since 2001. We have never had a bad experience during any of our purchases. The staff has always been very helpful, patient, and pleasant to work with. They also have a nice variety of jewelry to choose from. Love the Indiana mall Kay’s store!
